First - love your exposure of these companies. Second - love that you keep your child off the platform. Third - love that you are transitioning into the crazy "do things when they can be done and don't care who judges me phase". Such an important part of being a parent.
You really don't need to apologize for your cats! I know he was unnerving you, but I really enjoyed Zeke being so talkative, and reminding you of it being time to go to sleep! Our cats work so hard for us...❤️
Oh gosh, my 4 year old always does this! “Mum, can I have a snack?” “Mum, who are you talking to, can I say hi too?” “Mum, can you watch me while I do this flip?” 😂
im so sorry for the person in story 3. you didnt deserve any of the crap thrown your way like that. if someone starts slinging transphobia/homophobia your way simply because you wont fork over money, then that says far more about them than it does you. from a fellow trans masc, don't ever think for a second that a hateful person like her has any merit or their opinions have any worth, especially from a place of inappropriate and vitriolic hate like that.
As a Christian I find this behavior disgusting. It is NOT our job to judge others and put them down. It is our job to love and support other humans. You are valid, the person you want to be is valid, and I wish I could send you all the strength to get through these hardships. It is not okay nor is it a Christian value to be as vitriolic as that hun. Differences are what make people beautiful.
The last person who insulted my husband and I got a piece of my mind. I point blank told them I didn’t ask for their opinions on my life and they could be quiet. If someone were to follow me through the store I would abandon the cart and head to customer service to notify security . I don’t trust most people.
I also have emetophobia,,, I feel like it’s not talked about enough as a real phobia and is always interpreted/invalidated by others as just “being grossed out by v*mit“, “of course, everyone is”, etc. When in reality it can impact your diet and routine, cause irrational thoughts, and avoid certain areas. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk
my cat was driving me crazy this morning and just as I started watching the video he settled under my desk in his bed but then Zeke's meowing threw him off. it was hilarious
The Arbonne Walmart hun story was so appalling. What a terrible human being! I would have been furious. As a helpful FYI, dairy can be quite awful for acne. My derm told me to avoid it and it definitely helps. I wish the OP of this story all the best. I relate to the bullying, feeling sad, angry and generally having a hard time in school with other kids. I also have anxiety. I definitely could see myself in that story😭❤
Good point! Dairy was a huge trigger for me, too. Probably because I am not a baby cow, lol, what a thought. Also, refined sugar! My sister found that was her trigger for her eczema.
My kitty came RUNNING to see who the strange cat was. He was very concerned that a new cat got into HIS house without his consent. 😂 Tell Zeke that Gamer says “hi” and that babies are pretty fun when they’re bigger, especially when they learn to throw toys or wave flirt poles, so don’t stress too much about the noisy-lap-thief stage. 😉
I feel SO awful for the person in the 3rd story. What a horrible situation and a hateful hun 😡 she must be desperate to use such a rude and disturbing sales tactic.
Yeah, it was just shocking to me. Like, ok, MLM people get pushy. Then this lady...this lady was on a level I'd not previously thought about. Poor guy, getting attacked like that. He didn't deserve an ounce of her nastiness. Hope he's got others around who are kind and loving.
As usual, Hannah, your horror stories are the most horrifying in this space, and your commentary and analysis the best in the genre. Keep up the excellent work!
That nurse actually broke the law when she pitched that in the MD office while working at her job. You should notify the state board and she should have her license suspended or revoked.
The fact that some Amway reps need to HIDE the name of their company, and that Amway changed their name to Quixtar, suggests they have a very bad reputation.
Hannah! I also have severe Emetophobia and it is debilitating! I didn’t have a name for it for so many years. It is especially hard as a parent but I challenge myself to deal with it daily and not let it interfere with my daily life. I just wanted to let you know you’re not alone! Sending you lots of love ❤
As a stay-at-home-mom of a 15 month old, I love that you are sharing snippets of motherhood! My husband and I own a business, and I work a little bit as well, and there is NO WAY nap time is a good time for me to get anything work related done! So I can totally relate.
Oh zeek! I feel for you Hannah-my Smidgie cat can’t be left alone over night because she MUST sleep with me! Lol as always, thanks for the great content and entertaining video-hope Harper is doing well 🥰
My cat, who also enforces bedtime, would like to tell Zeke that viciously pouncing on toys with bells is a good way to make doing anything else completely useless for a human who is not following the rules :)
I belong to a few support groups and they have all banned not just the sale of products but the mere mention of any product offered by MLM type companies. It gets you blocked out of the group.
I'm gonna be 30 in November and ANYTHING can make me cry! It's not a shameful thing, in fact I tend to get along with people who are emotional in that way
Hannah, if you feel comfortable doing so I would definitely suggest seeking a therapist specializing in emetephobia/contagion OCD. I have had the same fear of vomiting/food poisoning (among other things) since I was six years old and it has very much effected my daily life. I finally starting going to therapy for it about a year ago and it has really helped me. Well wishes to you and the family.
Story #1 breaks my heart. As one who suffers from chronic stomach issues and many other issues, her story of getting a diagnosis sounds very familiar to my journey. I had the endoscopy. I had to eat the radioactive oatmeal and sit under an instrument for a gastric emptying test. I, too, have severe emetophobia. I have many food sensitivities and allergies. I, too, became frustrated with going to the Dr. (though not ever fearful - just tired of wasting money to be told that I needed to go on antidepressants when I wasn't depressed). It certainly is a journey and I just want to comfort Erica in the first story that there are still some good Drs out there between all the weeds. I was scammed by fake Drs until I found one that is an MD that practices integrated medicine - so he finds the root cause and tries to fix that issue rather than slapping a pill in the mix and calling it a day. I do have gastroparesis, celiac, and a dairy allergy just to name a few of the many chronic illnesses I have. I won't see one that isn't an MD, though, due to being scammed by one without the medical degree (which backs up knowledge about the physiology of the human body and who has taken in-depth courses on pathologies). I am receiving the best care that I've ever had because of this Dr. He doesn't peddle his own products, can write prescriptions or give necessary vaccines, has a medical degree, and seeks to treat the root cause of the issue with solid scientific evidence of bloodwork and testing rather than some psycho arm pulling nonsense scam where someone doesn't take insurance and sells their own supplements. I spent thousands before I saw through the lies and that those kinds of people prey on desperate, sick individuals. I hope you find a Dr. that you can trust and who can help you just like I did. It took awhile but it was worth it in the end. (Love your cat photos! I had a wonderful cat that I used to say was more like a dog than a cat sometimes. She also couldn't retract her claws, but she never clawed our furniture. She was a joy in our lives for 18 years. I love seeing other people's kitties since I no longer have mine with me as she passed about 4 years ago.) And, Hannah, I absolutely LOVE to hear your sweet cats meowing in the background! I had headphones in last week listening to one with the kitty noises in the background and it was so super sweet!
Fellow stomach issue person here, I have cyclic vomiting syndrome and a hiatal hernia, plus somewhat chronic constipation, which the nausea meds don’t help with…I related so hard to her story and HATE that she went through everything. Cyclic vomiting syndrome is a diagnosis of exclusion, so I had to go through quite a bit to confirm that that’s ‘all’ I was going through. Best wishes to you
@@MusikGirl23 I’m so sorry you are dealing with that but I do understand what a relief it is to finally have a name to something. I also have a genetic condition that is finally getting some knowledge but is still greatly misunderstood by Drs. I have a wonderful PT who helps immensely! I hope you have a wonderful team behind you. May I suggest Georgina’s Journey. She also has cyclic vomiting and talks about her walk to get a dx. She’s super sweet and lives somewhere in the UK, I believe. I think her videos for that were about 1-3 years ago. She doesn’t post a ton anymore because her health isn’t doing so well. I just know how great the UA-cam support was for me on my journey after dx and knowing others out there understood what I was going through.
I actually went to a Primerica interview in my late twenties (I'm 45) and I just got a shady vibe. I was a single parent, their vague answers about how much I could make and all of the variables didn't sit well with me. I'm someone who wants to know EXACTLY what the pay is, EXACTLY what I'll be doing... I don't have time for vagueness. Also, I hate sales. Haha! Great video!
Yah. I was hounded in in what now makes me cringe at how disgusting his way was when I was a tender 21 year old just started self employed music teacher. Ie. Vulnerable to the max when it came to financial stuff. I didn’t even know what a pyramid scheme or MLM was. Fortunately, I didn’t lose any money or friends and was out within a month. Now I’m SO anti mlm lol.
I have had a very similar experience with doctors when I, too, was throwing up multiple times a day for almost a year. Also got tons of tests done, also didn't get any clear answers. Luckily it's better now (though my tummy can be very sensitive). I feel so much for her in that story -- it's not pleasant to be sick, it's not pleasant to constantly be at the doctor's, and it's not pleasant to get no answers through it all. A hun taking advantage of that is disgusting. Sending healing energy to the author of that story ❤
So similar to my story too. I've been ill for a decade now. Started with stomach pain and nausea. I have so many symptoms that are seemingly unrelated and doctors are useless. They wont look at the whole picture. Male specialists are so arrogant and talk to me like I'm an intellectually impaired labrador. I have to build myself up to going, or even making, appointments because takes a lot of mental strength to face them, all for them to shrug and belittle me.
OMG. The horrible woman chasing the person through the grocery store.... !!!! To that persecuted cheese shopper: You are Beautiful in every way that counts. Scars are scars, they tell our history, they speak of things we have survived. You are strong and beautiful. Decent people everywhere are on your side. Sending HUGS.
I have a cat just like Zeke! Sometimes he doesn’t know what he wants. He just walks around the house meowing at everyone. It drives us crazy. That’s usually when I give him catnip to get him high enough to stop harassing us!
Here is a fact my 23 year old son told me when I said that my cats have no response to catnip (have had many, many cats over the years and only one would roll around in the bush outside and go nutso). He then told me that our cats here (due to being an island) the effect of the nip has been bred out due to inbreeding 😅. Not just the trope about the two headed Tasmanians due to inbreeding, now we have inbred cats!
OMG I LOVE FISHSTICKS!!! LOOK AT HIS LIL DINKY DERPY FACE AHHHHHHH so cute. And as someone who was also almost scammed by Primerica, AND my husband worked for one of the BIGGEST high end lines in the Chicagoland area doing their IT work---one thing everyone should remember: If you have to PAY the company to work, it's not a real job. And those fiends were asking for HUNDREDS up front.
Zeke's constant screaming is a song to my ears! Don't apologize, he's just on his own Anti-MLM soapbox! ❤ I love your videos and I hope you're taking care of yourself!!!! Congrats on the new baby~
I am so happy you are back! Also these first few months and years you may not get much sleep, but it is definitely worth it as time goes so fast, there are so many precious moments, and love is forever. I am a grandmother and I still have some sleepless nights with my children and grown-up grandchildren. My 26 year old grandson went through a most horrific trauma last summer and he can call me day or night when he is grieving or just needs someone to talk to. Those bonds you are creating last a lifetime❤
I totally felt your pain when Zeke was meowing 😂 I’m a musician and I swear every time I start recording something, my dog has to start drinking water loudly or squeaking her toy
One of our cats was genuinely concerned for Zeke, I wish I had gotten video of him running around trying to find the other kitty Adding onto say about story 3: I wish an employee had been there to intervene LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO. I used to work for them and if you hear anyone harassing other shoppers you're supposed to separate the harasser from the other person, and try to get them to a manager so the manager can take over. I never had to do it but I heard about it happening once at my store.
As a fellow crybaby with cystic acne and anger issues, BIG SAME! The number of times I was approached by huns as a child trying to sell me their miracle cure for my horrible face was Exausting. I am much less nice now when people decide I need to hear their opinions on my body.
Still on story one - just had to say that after having a very rough few days after saying goodbye to my beloved kitty cat, hearing Zeke losing his mind because your bedtime routine was interrupted brought a smile to my face. Give that guy plenty of love from his dedicated fans
Story 2: From what I've watched from other creators (Eris Bies talks about it in some of her videos) who have been part of and left MLMs, the lawsuits happen fairly often when people high in the company and their downlines move companies. It seems like the new company tends to cover the cost of legal fees and such, presumably because they expect that person and their downline to make them a ton of money. I assume it could be considered 'protecting their investment' in a way, the investment being the effort to get that person and their downline over to their company.
Oh, Hannah, your look is one of love and pure motherhood! You’re doing great, and it will get easier. Your cute little kitty just wants to push your boundaries.❤
Zeke is trying his darnedest to get you to go to bed! I love how vocal he is, like he's part Siamese. Also, my sympathies on trying to film with an infant around. I stopped at cats-as-kids so have never experienced that kind of tiredness. Love having you and your content back. Best wishes to you, AJ, and your baby girl.
I remember this woman following me around target 😅creepy then told me she had a seminar for job recruitment to give her my number I said no kindly And she was so persistent and very passive aggressive. I gave her my phone she called it there 😂 But I blocked it after. Never been to that target again I was so creeped out
As a working mother I understand the juggle of it all. Thank you so much for bringing us these videos. Many of us use them to decompress from our busy days. We really do appreciate it.
1) sorry that i giggled so much at the beginning over Zeke and you 😂 2) i can understand this writer's story and fear of new doctors. I have had autoimmune diseases for the last 13 years and have had many bad experiences with doctors. Fortunately i have a great team now. So hang in there, it will get there for you too. 3) those people that done the writer of number 2 are all horrible and many failed them. They are unique and beautiful just the way they are. 4) as Erin would say, don't join a MLM 😂
Oh my God, I love Zeke so much! I have a Maine coon named Evan, and he is just as talkative, so I really do empathize with your pain! We love them, and we hate them! 💜💜💜
Love the video and also Zeke in it lol. When I go to bed, I wrap my arm around my dog, who pays in the middle of the bed (she must be the center of attention, after all). If I'm late, she usually gives me a withering look and sighs dramatically, since she's not allowed to bark in the house.
I used to be an Arbonne rep and I only had good experiences. Never pushed it on anyone. They have great products. And the women I worked with were wonderful and uplifting to be around.
I love your stories thank you so much for educating people on the scamy nastiness of mlms ,im a maid and one of my clinets is deep in a mlm called pink zebra they got her right after her husband died some serious grossness i just cant get over how targeting these people are so evil :(

First - love your exposure of these companies.
Second - love that you keep your child off the platform.
Third - love that you are transitioning into the crazy "do things when they can be done and don't care who judges me phase". Such an important part of being a parent.
Preach
You really don't need to apologize for your cats!
I know he was unnerving you, but I really enjoyed Zeke being so talkative, and reminding you of it being time to go to sleep! Our cats work so hard for us...❤️
Cats are offended by any closed door. It doesn't matter where they want to be, a closed door offends them.
I know it can be frustrating when the cats decide to sing their little songs but I love that you keep some of it in.
Zeke is every child ever when their parent is on the phone. “Moooom! Mooooom! Moooooooooom!” 🐈 😆
Oh gosh, my 4 year old always does this! “Mum, can I have a snack?” “Mum, who are you talking to, can I say hi too?” “Mum, can you watch me while I do this flip?” 😂
Thanks for reading my story! Definitely made my Monday ❤
Thank you for sending it!! ❤️
That boy is SINGING the songs of his people!!! 😸
5:31 my cats started looking around for Zeke 😂 they looked so confused lol
Same with my two 😂
im so sorry for the person in story 3. you didnt deserve any of the crap thrown your way like that. if someone starts slinging transphobia/homophobia your way simply because you wont fork over money, then that says far more about them than it does you. from a fellow trans masc, don't ever think for a second that a hateful person like her has any merit or their opinions have any worth, especially from a place of inappropriate and vitriolic hate like that.
@@sunnyandthechlo thank you for the kindness/reply ! Hope your day is well
The last person who insulted my husband and I got a piece of my mind.
Same. Cutting out dairy has been the only thing that has ever helped. I wish someone had told me when I was 16 😵💫🙄
Same, cutting dairy was the only thing that cleared my cystic acne, but I love cheese so much it's hard to keep it up 😅
Good point! Dairy was a huge trigger for me, too. Probably because I am not a baby cow, lol, what a thought. Also, refined sugar! My sister found that was her trigger for her eczema.
Zeke’s chirpy little meow made my dog twist his head back and forth which is my favorite thing that he does. Thanks Zeke!! 😁
Okay but this cat has the cutest meow of all times
That nurse actually broke the law when she pitched that in the MD office while working at her job. You should notify the state board and she should have her license suspended or revoked.
Hi! I'm a nurse and while it's actually not illegal, the medical board highly discourages this behavior and considers it unethical.
35:04 Major flex: Just stay in line and order coffee. Make 'em wait. Get your order in before sitting down.
Hannah: Apologises for Zeke's diva attitude.
Zeke: Excuse me, my fans think I am fabulous, how DARE you.
🤣🤣🤣
I am here for Zeke and Zeke only XDDDD
11:28 oh my God fishstick just had the 👁👄👁 face and I absolutely love it 😂 such a goofy little guy
The best part!
I'm not even a cat person and even I couldn't stop giggling at Zeke. 😂
The best thing about that Walmart story is now I want to stuff goat cheese in dough with mushrooms and onions.
The fact that some Amway reps need to HIDE the name of their company, and that Amway changed their name to Quixtar, suggests they have a very bad reputation.
lowkey love hearing Zeke, my baby girl (cat) Jynx came out from her sleeping spot and was looking for him while I watched
Lol as always, thanks for the great content and entertaining video-hope Harper is doing well 🥰
Awe Zeeke is actually reading the story or commenting too
My cat, who also enforces bedtime, would like to tell Zeke that viciously pouncing on toys with bells is a good way to make doing anything else completely useless for a human who is not following the rules :)
I belong to a few support groups and they have all banned not just the sale of products but the mere mention of any product offered by MLM type companies. It gets you blocked out of the group.
Cats actually are creatures of habit and will become anxious when something isn't happening that "should be".
Truth! My little one starts glaring at me when I'm late to bed. I'm so thankful for her, as otherwise I can get into something and oops, it's dawn! 😂
on story 4: i’ve had similar experiences with amway sellers and they never tell you who they work for it’s like they’re ashamed 😭😂
Zeke telling u off in the background is priceless.
I'm an Amway baby, I recognized the vibes of story 4 immediately 😭 god its so exhausting the way they treat people
Story #1 breaks my heart.
I love that you keep in the kitty meows. Reminds me of my boy ❤
Zeke has a lot to say! Maybe he needs his own microphone? Podcast? Empire?
Zeke has such great commentary. Honestly just as impactful as Hannah’s.
Omg I can’t stop laughing at Zeke’s complaining 😂😂😂 it reminds me of my dogs being super needy 😂😂😂
The face you made when Zeke wouldn't shut up! 😂 Every cat parent's been there
I am so happy you are back!
Being a cat mom for over 18 years, I LOVE the meows in the background!
I totally felt your pain when Zeke was meowing 😂 I’m a musician and I swear every time I start recording something, my dog has to start drinking water loudly or squeaking her toy
One of our cats was genuinely concerned for Zeke, I wish I had gotten video of him running around trying to find the other kitty
Adding onto say about story 3: I wish an employee had been there to intervene LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO. I used to work for them and if you hear anyone harassing other shoppers you're supposed to separate the harasser from the other person, and try to get them to a manager so the manager can take over. I never had to do it but I heard about it happening once at my store.
To borrow a phrase from CCSuarez: You don’t need to apologize for Zeke-He lives with you, we don’t. He just wants his mom time!
I LOVE hearing your cats. I'm allergic and can never have one so hearing the meows brings me so much joy 😂
As a fellow crybaby with cystic acne and anger issues, BIG SAME! The number of times I was approached by huns as a child trying to sell me their miracle cure for my horrible face was Exausting. I am much less nice now when people decide I need to hear their opinions on my body.
5:40 Zeke 😂😂😂 We all understand & love him. How dare you change his schedule. 😂😂😂
Still on story one - just had to say that after having a very rough few days after saying goodbye to my beloved kitty cat, hearing Zeke losing his mind because your bedtime routine was interrupted brought a smile to my face. Give that guy plenty of love from his dedicated fans
I'm dying over Zeke 🤣 I counted four very clear "hello"s. Purr-fect co-host
Found myself meowing "hello" back to your cat as i do it with mine. My boy cats ears were twitching when zeek started meowing! Love hearing the meows.
OMG the cat at the end of Story #1, Fish Stick!!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤 the claw, the stare, it's perfection! 🤣
Such adorable derpy energy
I appreciate Zeke’s valuable and insightful commentary 😸
I swear Zeke was saying “hello? Hello?” Like “mom, it’s bedtime!”
I remember this woman following me around target 😅creepy then told me she had a seminar for job recruitment to give her my number
I said no kindly
And she was so persistent and very passive aggressive. I gave her my phone she called it there 😂
But I blocked it after. Never been to that target again I was so creeped out
As a working mother I understand the juggle of it all. Thank you so much for bringing us these videos. Many of us use them to decompress from our busy days. We really do appreciate it.
I had to put my kitty down last week and I miss him like crazy…..Zeke’s meows are appreciated more than you know. ❤️
Zeke’s little noises are so stinkin precious. Love him!
Zeke is a joy! He makes the cutest sounds! I wish my kitties talk like that❤
So when Zeke was yelling at you to get to bed, my cats both reacted looking for Zeke. It was adorable
Omg, zeke had me laugh crying. He reminds me so much of my kitty from growing up Jasper. So precious
Wow! The way Hannah can take us through early motherhood, cat interruptions and a math lesson all in one video!! Queen! 👸🏻
these people baiting people into going out for food or drink and then not ordering is one of the things that pisses me off the most
1) sorry that i giggled so much at the beginning over Zeke and you 😂
2) i can understand this writer's story and fear of new doctors.
31:57 i feel like this horrible woman’s rage probably stemmed from frustration at not being able to sell anything
Love seeing you back. Would 10/10 recommend you making a Zeke ring tone for merch LOL
