Never heard of you and haven't even watched the video yet. But I've been looking for this exact video. I plan on building my outfeed table with a router lift in the end of it. Subscribed!

Awesome! I hope you like it. Let me know if you have any questions. I was in the same boat, it’s scary spending a good sum on a fence and not knowing if it will work out. I hope it’s helpful!

I went through the same dilema for my table saw wing i made. I used regular 3/4" miter track and used miter track nuts with the same thread as the knobs on the Jessem fence along with a 1/8" spacer to keep the bolts from bottoming out before it was tight.

Where did you find mitre track nuts with the same threads? That was my whole problem!

It looks great. Good job. Thanks for showing your struggles, and how you overcame them.
When I'm working with my tools that don't have dust collection I put the hose as close as I can to what I'm working on to catch the fine dust. Not sure if you did that while routing out that particle board crap, but it didn't look like it from here :-) That stuff hangs in the air for a long time. A ceiling mounted air purifier might be something for you to look into. I have the DeWalt version, and it didn't cost very much Around $200 American. I run it 24-7, and it's really helped. The other day I vacuumed out the top filter after a couple of months of use and it's as good as new, so I won't be spending much on filter replacements.
Take care. (not trying to mother you :-)

I appreciate the mothering. :-D I do have a ceiling mount air cleaner and it runs whenever I'm in the shop. Normally when not using the plunge base I find the dust collection on this little router fantastic. I haven't yet figured out how to make it work with the plunge base, but that's probably a worth while exercise. When I'm done doing something like this, I vacuum up well and blow all the dust out of the shop. Great advice and thanks for sharing!
