Total age of 6 people = 6 y 3 m x 6 = 75 m x 6 = 450 m
Age of 6th person = 450-355 = 95m = 7 y 11 m
Alternatively,
Due to the joining of the 6th person, the average age has gone up by 4 months. Which means 6th person's age is 24 months more than the average age of 5 people.
Hence, his age = 5 y 11 m + 24 m
= 71 m + 24 m
= 95 m
= 7 y 11 m

This actually doesnt help, because in math if q implies p and both of them are true the result will be true.
