Thanks for posting. It was right after this game, i begged my parents to please go buy a VCR so we could record the games and have them for later. They were expensive in 1984. I think they paid like 6 or 7 hundred dollars for one.
This is the first season that I saw every game the Irish played in. I've only missed two or three games since. I did see those games later on though. Thanks for the video.

That kid at 4:00 into the video is probably right around my age now. I just turned 36. Crazy has fast time flies.
The only thing that made reliving this loss tolerable was hearing Harry Kalas again. He was a great announcer.
