I don't think people understand he is just testing the leeching numbers. He isn't saying this is the best build but I do think that this would be useful for some kits in pve.
hmmm, i am not sure how well with will play with Brimstone with every enemy causing bleed or similar affliction causing you to bleed out in a hurry. Would be a nice way to recap instead of relying on Pots?
I love the fact you tested this. Very good work man! A few things. First i think the numbers may be a little off because of your dps as a whole. Given 400 strength thats that's a lot of conversion to health making it seem like a lot. On the average build it wont be nearly as much. Also given GS onslaught stance dps that further pushes it. In terms of being OP or not, I don't think it is because with only 7k health that's a near one shot if caught. I could see ranged doing this, but muskets can already heal a ton with traps and that doesn't save them in pvp if caught. Excellent test though.

I've been saving mats. Day 1 I might make 10-12 greatswords with runic stopwatches ( I won't have timeless shards) and trenchant recovery for massive life gain potential. Tanking swords coming to a TP near you!

40% trenchant recovery + 5% lifesteal ring + 5% lifesteal weapon + 5% lifesteal capstone + 8% lifesteal rune glass = 63% on fully charged heavy. Should be interesting especially with the stances.

Oh god not again. Flurry used to be the most broken thing in the game in beta. Stagger on all attacks and if you hit 3+ people it reset the cooldown so you could spam a whole group to death while you healed to full.
There is a CD of 3secs. It does proc from dots. Could be a bug. 9 Stam every 3 secs from hit vs around 13% more damage or so. Not sure if it will be used much.
OMG imagem all the pvp with everyone healing so much! would make the fights last longer would be very interesting! Today healers in 3x3 arenas are op, and if one is not in your team you autolose, so this gives people a chance to fight back the healer meta lmfao
You are practicing on 2 targets though this defeats the point of seeing how much health you get from one heavy or crosscut it's hitting and stealing off of both. Still impressive though
its only 11% extra if you have it on every gear piece + jewelry which is the same as lifesteal on the weapon. I think its balanced or maybe even under tuned compared to the dmg increase ones or stamina runeglass. edit: Wait lifesteal on weapon is only 5.2? I could have swear I remember it being 10% or 11% at 625. Same with leeching on ring. Did they stealth nerf it at some point?
Oh btw trenchent recovery perks is 41% life steal... (though you are sacrificing a dmg dealing perk for it, like trenchent strikes/trenchent crits/thwarting Strikes
Yeah they did it after someone was trolling chest runs and posting UA-cam videos about it. Could solo mangled heights with 600 gs and max leech on wh, ga but that’s really not that impressive anymore.
Also trenched recover is 41% ls on heavy attacks and it’s honestly balanced. It sounds broken until you run it in the real world and realize that heavy attacks take forever and plenty of stuff will still kill you.
It seams to me there a leech cap. The stamina gems are worse imo. 8 stamina for every hit per gem up to 9…… thats 72 stamina per hit and let’s not even talk about bb with it….. thats what’s gonna be broken. Pair that with refreshing evasion, shrieking fortification, and shirking heals in pvp….. ranged is gonna be king again.
In pvp the lifesteal is not that op. You cant land every hit and also when counting in player defence and resilient it becomes a question if it is worth using at all

you thats what i was thinking too , it does not matter you can heal to full even with one auto if you go in PVP with 50 con you will get one shot by everybody

Just imagine that the Leeching Crosscut perk used to heal for well over 120% of the damage when it was on your weapon. Literally a full heal in PvE.

You’d get slaughtered in pvp, but a version of this is always good in pve when you know you’ll be able to hit the target
In PVE, you should compare against Trenchant Recovery. It also heals for crazy amounts and frees up the runeglass

Ya unfortunately ots hard to get thosePerks, you have to do lots of crafting to find the right craft mods. I try my best

I was testing leeching too, it is super effective.
I did a full leeching build with Omen and the runeglass and it almost heals for 1k on a heavy atk

If you are good and geared healer is least problem . In current arena pvp bows are cancer. Also in pvp you wont get this ammount of lifesteal.

it doesn't matter whether its 5 targets at once or just 1, it heals you to 100% most of the time in live

Should’ve tested on a player not a dummy. You can’t expect to heal such a amount in pvp bc there are resistances etc
Dummy keeps it consistent, that's just how I test. Sorry if it doesn't meet your standards, it's just a way for me to keep the numbers consistent
but you have a healer in pve so i dont see the point in mutations , you take a dps loss for self heal , maybi sum 4 dps 1 tank meta or sumthing ? xD
