Thanks for this. I miss my home. I am a Pensacola native born and raised and I moved from Florida to Norway a few years ago and never thought I would miss this place. It really has everything that I like, from slow low key country/southern living, people and food, close enough to other big cities that it doesn't take but a few hours to get to, the beach which I love and miss, so many events through out the year. It does have it's fair share of ghetto hoods and high crime areas, along with trashy rednecks here and there, but hey it's the South, what place doesn't have some of that. The schools could use some improvements as well, but all in all, it's a nice place to live. I never in my over 40 years ever felt unsafe walking around any neighborhoods here and there is always something to do depending on what you like.
Originally from Lewisburg, TN. Lived in P'cola back in the mid-80s. Unlike many places, it really hasn't changed that much since then....or the changes haven't been as great as other places. Love it there....wish I could move back, but my wife won't let me.....😕

So jealous right now! Used to visit family in the Tarpon Springs area. Have you ever videoed that area?
