Stop telling people about how amazing this place is 😂 I bought a house in downtown a year ago and love it
I remember how absolutely dead the downtown area was in the late 1990s. Amazing how much transformation has gone on in the past 25 years.
Nice presentation. Thank you!
My wife and I have visited Pensacola many times over the last 25 years. If it were practical for us this is the only place that I have visited that I would consider moving to.
This was an excellent video. Thank you. Please keep it up
Thank you!
Can’t wait to visit! Definitely had no idea how much Pensacola had to offer
Pretty fun place to visit or live! Let me know if you need anything while you’re here.
I'll be moving there next year! I can't wait!

if it were up to me, all of Florida would be in one (Eastern) time zone.
Pensacola & Panama City would be on year round EST, no time change, 2am CDT=EST
Y’all made Pensacola sound so nice
don t believe everything.
Ft Pickens NATIONAL PARK, since1971.
Could you get a larger polo logo on your shirt? I don’t think people can see you’re wearing polo.
😂
What's the weather like in February?
It can definitely get cold, at least in my opinion. Depends where you’re comparing it against. Our winters are very inconsistent. Some days it’s almost 60-70 degrees, other days it can be in the 40’s. I’ve definitely been to the beach in the winter. Maybe not enough to jump in the water cause I’m a local but tourists go swimming depending on the days. It’s warmer than a lot of the country but of course Miami and South Florida is warmer in the winter. It’s give and take. I’d rather be here in the summer months than down south cause it so hot! Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
I live in southeastern Wisconsin and have visited Pensacola several times in the last 25 years. If you are looking for 80 degree weather in February, this is not the place. My favorite month to visit is November. The tourists are mostly gone and in 7 times that I have been there in that month I only experienced 1 day of rain. The temps were in the middle 70’s to the mid 80’s every day. When we first started visiting we would go in March-mid April. I remember one trip where it rained every day. Dealing with the spring breakers wasn’t my idea of a good time either. The super busy season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
just got back from here, the City is super old; not thriving. could only stand staying a day. all the housing looks rundown and condemned
You’re right it’s absolutely NOTHING at all to do in Pensacola… NOTHING‼️
The city offers you nothing for your tax dollars
You obviously didn’t go where I have gone when I visited. Yea some of the areas around downtown have seen better days but overall I think that it’s a pretty nice place. I have never felt unsafe, something that I can’t say about a lot of places. Just my opinion but I think when you go somewhere that you are not familiar, it can be daunting. Once you are there for a while things usually look better to me.
You didn't even mention the street preachers!
Carpenter ken I build decks and fen es rolodex worthie %a available
I'm debating on moving there. Currently in TN
We’d be happy to have you! My wife and I visit Tennessee often ourselves to go to the mountains. Interestingly enough my last few clients have been from Tennessee. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything. Thanks for watching 🏝️
@@Livingontheemeraldcoast I will definitely do that. I'm a born and raised native of TN but we have gotten too big to fast. The growth and increasing cost of our economy is nuts! I want a knew start on life with my son's somewhere sunny with Beaches. I will definitely keep in touch. Thanks
There’s a very dark side of Pensacola. Your sons will be better off, and safer, in Tennessee.
@@jeltoninc.8542care to elaborate?
