Phil Collins Talks Mating Odors & Producing Frida's Album

  • Just a short compilation of images and a brief four-minute audio only interview with Phil Collins from the early 80s. I added the song from the album he produced for Frida, 1982's "Something's Going On." The song is the last track on the album, "Here We'll Stay," a duet with Frida and Phil. Although not written by either of them. The big hit from the record was "I Know There's Something Going On."

    If you love Phil you must have a copy of this album. Every song is wonderful, it sounds great, the musicians are top notch, and Phil's drumming is, as always, magnificent.

    This was an amazing collaboration!!!! The album is so beautiful, well written songs. Their voices harmony so good together.

    I've said it before and I'll say it again...Frida doesn't get enough credit for being the first major star to use Phil Collins as a producer! She even barely got mentioned in his book. Pathetic. Thank you for posting.
