Brings back memories. I was an extra for crowd shots in a 1982 ABC "Come on Along" series of promotions, similar to this video link. They used a busload of students from the University of Southern California. Managed to smooch Scott Baio on the cheek and won a television in the drawing afterwards.

And it would appear that Cindy's solo shot was done prior to her becoming pregnant. I can't find her in any of the group shots, so the solos may have been done earlier and the group ones later in the summer. By then, Cindy had quit.

@@DP-hy4vh The light cycles, themselves, were done by MAGi/SynthaVision (of Elmsford, NY), while everything else [between 15 to 20 minutes of CGI animation] was done by Information International, Inc. (A.K.A. Triple-I; of Culver City, CA), Digital Effects Inc. (of New York, NY), & Robert Abel & Associates (of California). All four of those computer graphics firms [in 1981-82] weren't collaborating on Tron as a unified party, but as separate parties whose styles plus technology differed from one another as well as each other in the finished film.

Watching this and realizing how many actors have passed on just makes you think about how much time has passed since this aired.
The Twin Towers of the World Trade Center makes it more obvious.
