It’s pretty expensive.. £410k for a 2 bed apartment is not exactly cheap.
For this price range and location this should be double space room. The design is too crowded.

Unpopular opinion: Bangkok seems to have prettier and more high end condo's compared to in Metro manila
The prices as well is more cheaper than the ones in metro manila

They should include everything especially for the price then I might be interested. A foreigner can't be expected to finish it like that, will take some time and effort and of course cash. They should take the hassle out.

You can't own property in Thailand with 100% ownership.
When you say property, are you referring to land or condos, because condos foreigners are allowed to own outright. For land you would need to open a business with a Thai national and register the land as an asset under the business
