you will not get high even if it is raw marijuana b/c the leaves need to be heated in order to create the THC. It is full of vitamins :)

yes i continue to take Lion's Mane and other mushroom supplements. :) Each person reacts differently and you want to have some patience if you don't see a change right away...give it a few weeks but be consistent! Hope this helps.

the beets are cooked. You can boil them, or buy them pre-cooked. :)
