This is what I've put together. It works well, can be a little heavy to carry for a distance, but for short distances it has just about everything you need
There are some really good alternatives to the Wild River bucket sleeve organizer. It’s like $55+ and Husky and Milwaukee make really good ones that are half the price. They’re designed for tools but do the same job. I’m making an almost identical bucket setup but I need solid rod holders I’m installing on the side of the bucket and waterproofing so it won’t leak when filled. Check out “The Solution” tackle box. Its a round tackle box that fits perfectly in the bottom and is like a second plano organizer but bigger (better) and double sided. It’s the only thing you’re missing 🙂

Great setup. Can you sit on that Plano without it caving in? Thanks.
Yes, it's pretty sturdy
Can you sit on the lid with that organizer on top?
I just bought one and yes you can definitely sit on it unless you are 250+ pounds.

What are catching. With shrimp.
You can catch just about anything with shrimp. But you'll mainly get trout, snook, jacks, ladyfish, and catfish (if close to or on the bottom)
