    Good roll over. That sucked for the owner! Must of been a hell of a storm!

      John, in my mind, I can't see that the storm was the cause, why are so many other boats still floating just fine after the storm? My guess is that this boat had a leak, maybe a thru full not maintained, the most common cause of sinking or capsizing. One cool thing though, the boat did NOT sink, nor are they supposed to sink if they are built correctly, though even good boats can sink if they have become water logged; that happens when the deck has not been sealed, or kept sealed, and standing water saturate the below deck foam. Could have been a lot worse.

      There was a storm and waves. A bunch of boats broke free or sank that same day.

      That can't by itself, explain it. Smaller boats made it, why THIS boat? I speculate it had a leak, probably in one of the thru hulls--most common problem, which made it heavy with water, subject to roll over. But I don't know, neither of us really know, I wish someone would give us the story.
