It's a TAS Tool Assisted Speedrun. The game is played and recorded with a tool that slows down the game, enables quick-save / quick-load and other stuff. So the stuff you see here is impossible for a Human with a "normal" NES. TAS = the answer to the "what if everything went perfect".

you never disappoint me tas; in yet to find a series I dislike... I could never beat Bucky O'Hare on hard mode. Bucky O'Hare is my favorite NES have after Mega Man 3 and one of my favorite games of all time :D it's a shame this game and soundtrack doesn't get the pause and respect it deserves :(

I usually beat the stages in the following order: Green Planet, Blue Planet, Yellow Planet and Red Planet last. Jenny and Willies are my favorite characters besides Bucky O'Hare; Blinky and Deadeye have this advantages as well :)
