Watch the huntress use non lethal crossbow rounds. Catwoman would be fun though

I'm very happy that Gotham Knights is a sales success. I absolutely loved Gotham Knights I want a sequel in the future and I hope the dlc is a story dlc or new villain case files.

@@tyleroutland435 true I think a cool idea would be them hunting down Talia lead them to discover Damian and also for Jason face to be redesigned if Spiderman can do it why can’t GK but I think that could be the main campaign them training Damian and I would want Batman to stay dead or maybe get revived in GK 3 ending the trilogy where they all leave Gotham and go to their own city maybe. A cool villain would be a rival for each hero. Especially from more recent comics like Heartless for Nightwing, Fire fly for Batgirl or her brother Essence and the other cult from Red Hood series with the Outlaws I forgot the name but it was fraction Jason trained with for a while and Robin could be Spoiler dad who I hope her and Cassandra make it in the game
I brought it on sale and just trusted it because it’s Arkham like and got the deluxe edition I’ll buy dlc I’m also one of those players who played cyberpunk early on ps4 pro with the custom GameStop version that has a steel book and it’s so much better on ps5 with the ps5 version and it’s different then launch and the new dlc is gonna make it better but both these games need 3-6 dlcs

i genuinely think the game has the potential to be an amazing successor to the arkham games if they throw batman in. they’ve already got random crimes and a HUGE city. i wouldn’t even mind if they just copied and pasted the code for arkham origins for his gameplay.
I would love Black Canary and Catwoman as playable characters.

I don’t get why people act like the game is bad. The problem is that people expected this to be like the batman games & that is the problem. The game is great

This game needs a major overhaul to traversal, combat and graphical performance to be worth any dedication of time. Positive things about the game....
1. The boss fights are good
2. The skin designs are good
3. The cutscenes are decent (opening cut scene and anything Harley saved the rest of the game)
4. The story is slightly above average
Negative things about the game....
1. Along with the things I mentioned in the beginning, the gear system is horrid. Either fully implement it or take it out completely.
2. The outfit RNG drops are bad and the inability to transmog all of them is bewildering.
3. The whole heroic assault DLC - rinse and repeat map levels, silly objectives, etc.
4. Last and certainly not least, not being able to jump....Holy s**t! Playing a batman type game and not being able to jump, is like playing a Superman game and not being able to fly. I understand the combat concept they were shooting for but the execution was terrible. They could have included jumping while still going for the free-flow combat design. The combat looked slow in the previews and the final release proved that theory right.
Hopefully they give us 60 fps
i want more Heroic Assault levels with more variety in missions..maybe a rooftop level where we have to glide from place to place and more story content and characters
Montreal shot themselves in the foot putting GK on a huge sale 3 weeks in. Major panic move that hurt the games reputation. Happy to see the sales met the threshold they wanted. I don’t love the game to death, but it was a worthy entry in the Batman video game lore.

Bro I just picked this game up a couple days ago for 20$, definitely worth it in my opinion. & Im a huge lover of the Arkham series played each game multiple times. You just have to look at this game from a different lens
You playing on pc ? Because console version is not worth getting as it only runs @30fps i mean
@@bs_shifty_4207 the fps was fine for me on console at 30 and didn't drop much. i don't think 60 fps is necessary to enjoy a game if it's good.
@@bookiwohoo it was meant to be a next gen game and 30fps and nothing better when every other next gen game supports a higher framerate option is pure laziness I think I cant enjoy a game stuck in 30fps anymore after playing better looking games like the last of us and spider man or God of war they all support 60fps and look better in graphics also by the way and I bought this game expecting to play in 60fps than find out after I had already purchased the game it doesnt and so I deleted the game lucky I only got it for $20 but still it was a digital purchase maybe I should have done abit more research into the game before I payed for it but still its a open wold game sort of and they decided the go with a 30fps was just such a let down its so hard to go back after experiencing 60 and 120fps rhan downgraded to 30fps its like a slide show when playing i believe 30fps should only be used as a photo mode not gameplay for a next gen games
@@bs_shifty_4207 i get it. they were lazy and they should've done better with that. but a lot people can still enjoy the game and have fun even with the 30fps experience is all i'm saying. i guess it's gotta come down to if you care about 60fps or not. i don't much since i value gameplay, visuals, art style and everything artistic that goes in a game (as long as it runs fine) but if you do care about 60fps, yeah that sucks. but to me and a lot of people it isn't a big deal for our personal experience.

I dont think that will ever happen in this game. The whole point of it was that you're playing as lesser heroes than Batman who are trying to continue his mission.

We do have a jump button. You just have to be running from toward a ledge like in Zelda games. Arkham didn’t have a jump button either. Just the ability to dive over enemies. Nightwing has this in his momentum abilities.

We need a patch that fixes that high level bomb threat in Old Gotham -- there no stealth takedown prompt.
I actually quit liked Gotham Knights, it was unique. I went in not expecting an Arkham game, so when I didn’t get one- I wasn’t bummed out. Plus the multiplayer is really fun with siblings/friends (just wish they could’ve added Batman, would’ve made it my top favorite game every tbh)
1 thing I also noticed was that if you go to your emails for any character after completing her boss fight you can see an email from her that says something along the lines of “you’ll be seeing me soon! (Sooner than you think). Don’t know whether that ties into the Kelvin incident or not 🤷♂️

This was easily my most anticipated game in the last few years, I’m a huge Batman fan. I was excited for the premise and thought that this game was going in a good direction… then I played and beat it and all that positivity went away.
Just from a gameplay point of view, the game is fun but it gets old pretty fast. About halfway through the game I stopped being excited for combat encounters. Enemies are boring bullet sponge types and have no real personality.
But that’s my minor gripe. The characters and story telling or either really bad or average at best. They absolutely wasted the Court of Owls, and that’s one of the most disappointing things about this game, if you read the court of owls story you know exactly what I mean. The games ending twist is both entirely predictable and infuriatingly unpredictable.
I was excited to see all the villains in the game only to find out that their were none that weren’t shown in the trailers. Only 3 villains for the whole game? Again the court was a waste so they didn’t feel worth mentioning, Talia would’ve been fine with a bit more time invested. Ra’s wasn’t anything more than a neat cutscene, and Harley and Freeze were showcased in the demos. That just left Clayface.
There’s also the fact that when I was nearing the end of the game I thought that I was only halfway through the story, then I got hit with the final mission and I was so insanely mad and let down.
I thought the Court story would get epic, I thought there’d be so many more villains and side quests in the game to experience, I thought there’d be more suits, I just thought there’d be more.
I spent a Hundred bucks on this game and was happy to do so at the time. Then I beat the game and felt I’d been robbed as a gamer and a Batman fan.
This game was a massive failure in my opinion and they don’t deserve any more money or goodwill for this game. There was no reason it should be this bad.
I didn’t have unrealistic expectations going into this, I just expected it to be worth my time money and interest and it wasn’t. This might be the most disappointing game I’ve ever purchased and that really sucks for how excited I was.
This game is bittersweet not garbage just bittersweet

The game was overhated but made a lot of mistakes. It was promoted for PS4 and xbox one, and then the studio announced it was going to be PS5, series S/X and PC only 5 months before launch. No 60 fps performance on console, which they didn't reveal until a week before launch. Launched broken on PC and had performance issues on console, especially during multiplayer. Took several patches to be stable.
I would be happy if they simply added the ability to lock onto targets. Constantly attacking the wrong enemy or randomly shooting at the air was beyond frustrating.
This game has so much potential so I’m so happy they are still supporting it

Game was a 2 pack of ass for $70. I should have waited for it’s inevitable holiday sale but i tried to support it and be optimistic

@@Max-vc3pv I’m excited for Spider-Man 2 but until I play it and am satisfied with it my excitement is cautious. But I absolutely loved Gotham Knights. I play it every day so DLC just gets me really excited. Because Gotham knights is already a proven product to me.

Gotham knights feels a bit incomplete without Batman. I think it'd be cool if we could play as Batman, a cool alternative I think would be to have Batman as a partner. So like we could have a little dynamic duo action with Robin and Batman and stuff. 😊
You could call him in and they could have some team takedowns or something.

I have no interests in returning to Gotham Knights; the game was a massive disappointment to me. While it was cool being able to journey across the whole of Gotham, I was expecting way more than what we got; Batman is dead and we only got Talia al Ghul, Harley Quinn, Mr. Freeze and Clayface? (I won't include Penguin because we technically don't fight him) Arkham Asylum had been abandoned and left to ruin for some time; where is the Joker? Riddler? Two-Face? It should have been a free for all for criminals in Gotham now that Batman is dead. Heck, the mob (Falcone, Maroni, Sionis) could have made a comeback and tried to retake their turf from the "freaks." You could even have villains from out of town take advantage of a city with no superhero.
This is just my opinion, but the Court of Owls did not live up to the hype. They just weren't as enigmatic and sadistic as I was hoping they were going to be.
I gotta admit I’m lookn forward to this DLC despite the flaws. No where near game of the year but once you get the hang of it it actually gets entertaining so I’m down!💯 Plus I’m a die hard Batman fan so I had to stick with it 😂

Tbh I don't play this game since I don't own a ps5, but if I had to add a character I'd make batman playable, yes I know that wouldnt be canon, but half the skins in Arkham Knight obviously were not canon either😂 basically I'd just add him in so the whole bar family was playable, personally I'd add spoiler to the game as a DLC where she goes after her dad cluemaster, I'm surprised to be hearing about this game since it's been a while
I doubt they're going to just randomly give a dlc with Batman in it. If they plan on bringing him back there will be marketing and a wait period for it.
If they do give us Batman DLC, than I hope they give Batman some real DOPE suits, and make Batman OP as fuck, and explain why the reason Batman lost to Ra’s Al Ghul was because the poison arrow he was shot with, while being caught lacking in his crib that is the Bat-Cave, thus disorienting his techniques and movements, and giving Ra’s the opening he needed. 🙂

What a tedious and slow game in the combat system and to move around the city, I played it only because of the Batfamily's dialogues
