This was a really good video, thank you. I turned on basically all the physical and text based accessibility options straight away, and they were great to have; without them I would have quit. I'm loving the game but definitely hit the "wander around randomly gathering and buying ingredients in the hope that they help" point. I struggled to integrate all the info about what I needed for orders, and ended up resorting to a pen and paper list of orders to work out what ingredients I need and if I should buy the juicer or dehydrator next. There was a lot of burden on working memory, which I struggle with. Even with being able to pin orders and recipes there was still too much info to hold in my head about what I needed. I'd love an in-game "shopping list" where I could either add a specific ingredient or a flavour type (rare savoury) to shop and harvest. Controller map; i couldn't remember how to use Tauno's special ability; it would be nice if the controller map showed the current keymapping I still find some of the jumps tough and am over reliant on mist jump. The map markers were invaluable, buy them and designate a colour for townsfolk with outstanding orders so you can find them to deliver their meal.
Having multiple settings for how much the game guides you, and having a skeleton framework of all the important things you'll need to learn, would fix this issue. Hopefully it's something that the devs will learn from.
