I started at Parking Lot E and hiked to the end of the trail, Quantico Creek, and circled back to the trail via North Valley Trail to get back to the parking lot.

The Quantico Cascades Trail leads hikers from Parking Lot E down to a small rapid on Quantico Creek. The boulders at the end of the trail are a popular place to relax, picnic, and even stick your feet in the water on a hot summer day. The trail is marked with yellow blazes. There are side-trail options with Lake One Road and North Valley Trail. Remember to bring water and insect repellent.
