That third goal let in by Stu was really bad, but his good far outweighed his bad tonight. Well deserved third star for sure. Overall very exciting playoff caliber game that felt like it could have gone either way, but great win for the Oilers.
Screw ups happen. It just so happens to be that when goalie screws up it usually results in you getting scored on. Out of all the times for Skinner to have a screw up and get scored on, us being up by 2 goals still is by far not the worst position for us to be in.

I don't know what game you watched, but they did not dominate anything. Most of the goals were scored off the rush, very little zone time, and after they got up 5-0, they cashed their cheques and left the building.

Boy, this was a great game. Could have done without the near heart attack that I got when the boys just had to take their foot of the gas and let it get interesting, but overall yet another well-played game makes it five in a row!! I thought Stu was excellent despite the error in the third, he made something like 22 saves before giving up the first Vegas goal and many more after his mistake, including several huge ones like on Eichel. Speaking of that guy, how tf was his hit not even a penalty??! That's absolutely ridiculous!! Was great to see Nuge shooting the puck like he usually does again, and Brown is starting to heat up!! Perry has also more than exceeded our expectations with his play, that shot showed that he's still got it!! Hopefully the win streak will extend to six in the Stanley Cup rematch tomorrow!! Any accidental trip / high-stick gets a penalty, but not a accidental / unaccidental dangerous play like that ? It's a weirdo league, the refs stood just a few meteres from play.
