How do you know he is just watching? He is filming Billy show him how to do it, and makes the most of Billy being there and able to do things while he is around.
Tell Billy to do a couple of whatever he is showing you and let you do the rest with him supervising, so you can feel comfortable moving forward on your own because you will have confidence in how to do it. You two are so funny together. Never know what will come out of your mouths, lol. Once those floors are done you are rockin and rollin
Look Ryan. You can't learn by just watching. Get in there and try. It's OK if you screw up a little, that's how I learned and so will you. Thanks billy for all your help
Ryan, as a professional helper myself, please let me give you some advice. When you hand someone a drill or hammer, hold it by the top so they can grab it by the grip to put it into action without adjusting it in their own hand. They will be grateful.

I see the olive tree in the convent kitchen and I know Billy moved that to the garden about a month ago. God bless you young man for all the effort you put into your projects and your positive outlook on everything.
Hi Billy (and Ryan) you should do a favour to Ryan and let him do the work while you supervise. If you want to learn anything you have to try it. Just look at Yanis and see how much he has learned. When I look at Ryan I think that he is almost as capable as Yanis. They both speak french so there are possibilities.

Ryan... the experience and training is much more instilled when you participate hands on. Billy is hinting. And you are correct, we are telling you to help him.
I’d like to see Billy measure, place and screw the first noggin. And Ryan do the rest while Billy is there to give encouragement. Learning is doing. Ryan I know you can do it!!
Definitely should let Ryan do the work after Billy shows him how and supervise him after his demonstration. Love seeing good friends supporting each other 😍😘
Let's get going Ryan, grab a shovel a broom and a few bags and show yourself prepping the townhouse for future work, buy like 6 sheets of sub flooring and lay it out and tack it down with one or 2 screws per sheet so you can get a view from the next level and make plans... We need you more not less :)
Ryan, you can tell Billy Canadians call it "drywall". Before you secure it to the ceiling, put some strapping perpendicular to the joists to screw the drywall panels and you'll have perfect joint alignment every time. Greg 🇨🇦
Billy did a fantastic job placing the noggins between the floor joists and Ryan did a fantastic job filming the whole process. Love the way you guys add a little comic relief making the work at hand just a bit more pleasant. I love the way you guys' pop in and out in front of the camera.
Would it ruin the UA-cam algorithm if Ryan posted an antique store tour or maybe a video about affordable homes in the region? Doesn’t need to be a renovation video each time. I’m in France on a road trip soon - I could easily kick that reno into shape.
That would be a great thing. Then we could maybe get our “funny, carefree BFF of Billy”back. Maybe he could even visit Billy. Things haven’t been the same on either channel.😢
Ryan, it’s getting pretty exciting watching the progress. You could not have gotten better help and training than from Billy Petherick (or any of his crew, for that matter) and Nick Moon. What a lucky 🍀 man you are. That $15,000 is going to be worth a million.👍💚
