When ppl help you should ask what step you might be able to accomplish next in order to keep the project moving. It’s great that Nick and Billy are helping but not every job requires a high skill level. (Honestly I think you could have done noggins)
In a lot of cases, like with the placing of the joists and now the noggins, Nick and Billy could have done the first few and let Ryan do the rest. This is like doing someones homework for them, Ryan won't learn a thing. But it sure is convenient.

Billy, teach Mr Ryan to pre install all his noggin screws in advance just before they break thru so once the noggin is installed into place he won't need to have a second helper to install them...holding the noggin in place while starting them might be a bit tough for a novice carpenter...lol

Appreciate the admission that you are doing it on no money and plan on taking it forward. Love the most recent videos where your close friends gave you sage & sound advice.. A couple of suggestions, as someone familiar with tackling big jobs on low funds: Don't get into debt if you can help it. Take it slow and focus on those near term goals. I noticed in most vlogs you mentioned the tunnel and basement room & how much you love it: I would hang some LED lights down there, clear these out of rubbish, level out that room, lay down a vapor barrier and put down a floor of scrap wood and use it for storage for all materials not actively in use during construction & demolition.

We worry about you and your family, it's not about the content it's about you as a person. I really hope you, your mom, dad and your uncles fsmily are all OK. We know from Billy's olive tree that we actually haven't seen a video newer than a full month ago. If you simply found yourself needing a break, if you're worn out, we get it youre human many of us have had times where we just can't face anything. When I got to that point due to painful life events totally out of my control I finally caved and went to theraphy instead of trying to sleep my way through the issues..good thing too because the things out of my control continued for that person and I'd still be sleeping had I not learned to talk about issues weekly and agree to take meds for my depression and anxiety and learn to deal with emotional pain and worry constantly about other people. Good luck to you Ryan. I hope you know a lot of people you don't know do care about you. Don't let any keyboard jerks negative comments get to you, delete their comments or ban them and go on. At least try to make some progress on your own. If it fails, then you are going to need to hire some help. You can’t keep getting your friends to do the work just to keep your channel up and running. It’s not a good look. You can borrow tools as the ones so far have been simple. You don’t have to make a big outlay there. But, and I speak for myself, I can’t work up enthusiasm to wait for you posting vlogs when it’s you watching someone else work. You learn by doing. Both your friends have been giving you the same hints.

Ryan, my dear, when handing an instrument to another person, hand it to them as they are going to use it. A hammer; you hold the working end, and give, in this case your bestie Billie, the handle. He doesn’t have to stop what he’s doing to turn it properly in his hand. The same with a drill, saw, etc. Practice makes perfect. Also happier helpmates. Love what’s ah[pending to the abode.
Let's get going Ryan, grab a shovel a broom and a few bags and show yourself prepping the townhouse for future work, buy like 6 sheets of sub flooring and lay it out and tack it down with one or 2 screws per sheet so you can get a view from the next level and make plans... If you are going to install insultation between the floors , just sheet rock the ceiling from the floor below and then install the insultation before putting down the upper floor and it's safer .

Ryan, please, please find a way to mount your camera. If you want to really learn, Billy MUST supervise YOU cutting the wood and YOU putting the noggins in. PLEASE start doing some of the work other than the filming. Did you buy this project so someone else would build it for you?

Ryan, my dear, when handing an instrument to another person, hand it to them as they are going to use it. A hammer; you hold the working end, and give, in this case your bestie Billie, the handle. He doesn’t have to stop what he’s doing to turn it properly in his hand. The same with a drill, saw, etc. Practice makes perfect. Also happier helpmates. Love what’s ah[pending to the abode.

Let's get going Ryan, grab a shovel a broom and a few bags and show yourself prepping the townhouse for future work, buy like 6 sheets of sub flooring and lay it out and tack it down with one or 2 screws per sheet so you can get a view from the next level and make plans... If you are going to install insultation between the floors , just sheet rock the ceiling from the floor below and then install the insultation before putting down the upper floor and it's safer .
