Yes true. Scopus is a huge paltform. They don't keep a strict rule to submit homepage links. Some journals provide them and some others don't.

Your ways of calculating impact factor is wrong...as per your calculation impact factor will decreases as the number of citations increases.. which is wrong
Impact factor= number of total citations (of particular journal in the last two year)÷ number of cited items ( number of articles published of that journal in the last two years )
