I was a bit of a Max Fan prior to this. Not hardcore, but he felt like the best contender to finally take a title from Mercedes. Maybe I was just sick of seeing Hamilton win all the time. But how he won this title was just really stupid. Max wasnt at fault here, so not blaming him for anything and he deserved that title, but the way he got it in the end as a gift from Masi just feels wrong. I have always unlike most F1 fans really enjoyed the mid-field battles as well and the fact that only selected few cars were allowed to unlap themselfs really showed how rigged this was. We always talk about Max and Hamilton here, but for some of the midfield drivers they literally decided that they were not allowed to unlap themselfs because hey fuck you who gives a shit for your fight over p10 or p8.
