This deserves so many more views (and a much higher quality record, tbh). Very insightful , helps me to understand in hindsight why the ketogenic diet cured my chronic migraines. Keep up the good word, thanks a lot!

Ribose and carnitin might also be worth trying for the mitochondria

Do some research on mitochondria dysfunction. For some at least taking supplements to improve mitochondria function can be beneficial. We know about vitamin B2 for migraine but there are others as well... Niacin/B3 is often overlooked. B2 is a co-factor for B3 in mitochondrial function production NAD and ATP. Also it helps to think in terms of ion channel leakage as a cause of migraine. There is thought to be calcium/sodium leakage of ion channels in those suffering from migraine. That's why medications can help migraines, tricyclic antidepressants are moderate calcium/sodium ion channel blockers. This is also why calcium and sodium channel blockers help.
