안녕하세요 에스테님 매번 직장으로 스트레스 받는다고 우울감이 왓을때 힐링이 되는 영상 감사하게 봤다고 덧글 자주 달았습니다 에스테님도 이런 힘들일들을 겪으시고 지금 유투브 힐링 영상을 올리신다고 하셨었죠 얼마전 건강검진으로 우울증 진단을 했는데 4단계중 3단계에 근접했다고 나오더라구요 그래서 우울증 대처법에 대한 종이도 받았네요 처음에는 좀 어안이 없어 하다가 이네 받아들이게 되었습니다 생각하고 보면 직장에서 눈치보고 우울감이 있었는데 그냥 다들 겪는 직장내 스트레스라 생각하고 넘기기를 몇십년 그게 쌓이고 쌓여 생각하면 그때부터 우울증이 시작됬던것 같아요 참 묘한 경험이네요 지금은 계약이 끝나 나오고 쉬고있지만 지금도 우울감이 찾아왔다 나갓다 친구같은 존재가 된것 같아요 그럴때 마다 에스테님과 풍월량님 영상보며 그친구를 잠시 보내주는 시간을 가지네요 항상 좋은 영상 감사드리고 저같이 우울감을 가지는 분들에게 큰 도움이 되고 있다고(저 혼자만의 생각 ㅋ) 생각합니다 꼭 저와 같은 분들에게 선한 영향력 많이 펼쳐주세요

저도 정말 심각한 우울증, 불면증, 공황장애, 불안증.... 정말 심각했어요. 그래서 그 고통이 얼마나 깊고 어둡게 느껴지는지 잘 알고 있어요.
힘내시라고 말씀드리는 것도 전혀 도움이 안 된다는 것도 너무 잘 알고 있지요.
하지만 이것 하나는 꼭 말씀드리고 싶어요.
비가 억수같이 내리는 날 우리는 무섭지요. 엄청나게 비도 오고 바람도 부니까요.
하지만 우리는 모두 알고 있죠.
이 비가 지나간다는 것을요.
마음이 힘든 것도 똑같은 것 같아요. 그 시간도 지나가요.... 비가 지나가듯이...
저도 그 비속에 있을 때는 너무 무섭고 답답했어요. 그 비가 영원히 올 것 같고 다시는 태양을 볼 수 없을 것 같았어요.
하지만 그 마음의 폭풍우도 조금씩 지나가게 되더라고요.
자신을 잘 돌봐주셔요. 지치고 힘든 나를 잘 돌봐주셔요.
나 자신에게 좋은 음식도 대접해주고, 아주 조금이이라도 운동할 수 있게 도와주고, 밤에는 잘 잘 수 있도록 돌봐주세요.

For anyone suffering anxiety and depression, then I can only recommend what has helped me over the years: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT - Tapping), healthy diet, supplements (like B group) and herbal adaptogens. Best to chat to a Naturopath for more advice.
I watch ASMR to cope with a lot of things too. I have bulimia so watching eating ASMR helps a lot and massage ASMR help with insomnia that comes wíth most eating disorders
It’s hilarious how several times during the massage, Este raises her hands as if she’s going to grab the masseuse. Like “Please… no more… I can’t.. Have Mercy!”

I get the impression this masseuse is quite skilled. That said the practice of massaging the stomach/guts seems odd to me unless you were trying to induce A bowel movement.
