My Family in Christ, OUR GOD is AWESOME IN POWER. The LORD took me out of a Methamphetamine, alcohol & cigarettes habit, I was homeless and brokenhearted. I was sleeping in my car, alone, scared that I was going to take my own life. I was born & raised in a Southern Baptist home and at 11 yrs old I excepted Jesus as my Savior and was water baptized. One night, I cried out "JESUS, JESUS, help me...I can not make it without you". GOD KNOWS ME, KNOWS EACH ONE OF US. That night the Holy Spirit led me into prayer, I felt His presence and a word, saying "Take my hand, I NEVER LEFT YOU". I am clean 6 years...washed in the Precious Blood of JESUS CHRIST. God has provided for me, every need. I TRUST IN GOD.

[My name is pronounced “Tonya”.] One of my sisters (Ernestine) was diagnosed in July 2023 with stage 3 metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and the other (Beverly) is living with multiple myeloma (MM) complicated by cardiac amyloidosis. Typically, the life expectancy of people diagnosed with MM is often 5 years max. Beverly was diagnosed in 2019. And stage 3 cancer of any kind is a devastating diagnosis. At the moment, these are the most important prayer requests I have because everything else really pales in comparison to my sisters’ lives. Thank you for your prayers and thank you for sharing your gospel-filled sister with us last week, your prayer-warrior best friend with us this week and your genuine community of caring students, loving friends and other supporters of us FPFs. We love you, Mrs Karen! I’m sure more rocks/stones are on the way! Thank you again for sharing your faith and encouraging us each week. Must do passive range of motion for his extremities to keep the electrical system in the body to keep the circuits flowing like they were before his stroke to help his muscle memory working the way it was before because the stroke will hender how the body works correctly. Also singing humming making sounds help the vocal cords if he is having any issues with the voice. I hope you get help with helping your pastor husband. By his stripes we are healed also God says he will take away all our diseases psalms 103. I am sure you will put your husbands name and prayer hopes with different Churches. Of course you will put his favorite music on for him to hear for it will encourage him. Do not forget to pray for Gods touch to lift you up too
