We went on her in December 2018 around the Caribbean and never found any faults with her what so ever. Amazing ship and booked to do a Canaries cruise in 2022 on her.
Nearly booked for transatlantic this coming November but changed mind after finding out about the lack of a promenade deck. I suppose they want you near a bar or somewhere spending money from the minute you leave your cabin. Not for me, would get claustrophobia. Have travelled on ships since a child over 50 years ago and even then I loved the prom deck, watching the sea go by.
Ik this was from a while ago, but my son has asthma and were staying right above one of these smokers area decks, do you know if that area is on the portside or the starboard, or both? Thanks
Hey there - if you're referring to the smoking area on Deck 7 it's outside of the Java Cafe and the starboard side of the live lounge at the back of the ship :)
@CruisingWithMatthew Thanks for replying :) our cabin is on the portside, it is one of the obstructed balcony cabins so it saved a lot of money and we won't really be able to see the lifeboat, so hopefully we won't have to change the cabin 🙂
