We’re going on Iona soon so we’re trying to learn everything P&O. Some great tips there - we’d already thought dressing gown for the on deck jacuzzis. Our cruise will be a cold one, but still some great info here. Cheers 🍻
Having watched many Arvia videos I found yours to be my favourite, Your so natural online. I am a newbie cruiser and Arvia will be my first cruise ....excited
Thank you this is going to be my first cruise so your advice has helped me. I was not going to get the drink package but now you have said about it I am now not sure what to do
I think it depends on how long you are on the cruise for - going to be honest by the end of the two weeks there were days I felt I was making myself make the most of it if that makes sense?
Thanks so much for this and your Vlog, which were so helpful and enjoyable to watch! I'm going to the Carribean on Arvia as a solo traveller next year, and I'm beyond excited! I'm delighted to hear that I'm likely to be able to get a sunbed, but I do have my balcony, so I can always sunbathe there! 😅 I know you travelled with your fiancé but do you have any tips for my solo trip? Any assistance/advice gratefully received. 😊
Hi, Good video, thank you. When you book Headliners, do you book specific seats, or, is the booking checked on the door just to allow access then you choose a seat inside ?
Heya - no you just book your seat and then it’s first come first served for where you go. I would say though that there are no bad seats, I’m only 5FT2 so worry about not always seeing if I’m behind someone tall, however there is such a good tier on the seats that you can see wherever you are! I would also say that (excluding greatest days) there were loads of spare seats, so don’t panic too much if you miss out on pre booking, still try your luck at the door!
Hello, my mum has watched your video and enjoyed it😊 she really likes the tassel earrings you are wearing, could i be cheeky and ask where you got them from please so she can possibly source some? Thankyou
Of course - so we bought our drinks package ahead of boarding, which meant we got it at a discounted rate. This along with Ryan's 5% discount due to being in the Pacific Tier meant we each had to spend £38.43 a day to work out even. For us, this worked out as we enjoyed getting coffee and tea from Vistas each morning, topping up on water bottles (we did also use the refillable stations) as well as enjoying cocktails etc. I think it will vary from person to person, but to give you an idea of prices so that you can decide if it's right for you: cocktails are £7.15, prosecco £6.45, wine £6.85, bottle of water £2, flat white £3.05 tea £2.30, hot chocolate £3.10, juice £2.90, mocktail £3.85, pint £5.05 (depending which one you go for), G and T £7.35, coke £3.40. Obviously there are more drinks available, but we kept a tally each day to see if it was worth it for us and they were the drinks I wrote down! I would say that the nicest thing about the drinks package is that it's already paid for and then it's one less thing to worry about while you're away! Hope that's helpful :)
@@Millsiebee thank you so much for taking the trouble to reply. I appreciate it! My hubby says “I won’t drink that much! “ but he is a Lancashire man who loves his beer! He feels if we get a drinks package he’ll drink more! I think they have put prices up recently, so I’m still reviewing situation! 👍🏻🥂🍻😘
Sadly not - it's like you haven't bought anything! I did a tally in my notes on my phone each day to see how much we would have spent. Whatever you decide to do, you will have a fantastic trip!
They are out other evenings as well as the formal nights - it's not always advertised so keep your eyes peeled! We saw some in the atrium during the second week on one of the evenings :)
My experience was that other passengers were on deck before dawn reserving with towels several sun beds in various locations for the rest of the day VERY SELFISH

Hi...very useful. I've made notes. You mentioned a restaurant in Cadiz. Can you recall its name?
It was called La Candela - would thoroughly recommend, one of the best meals I’ve ever had!

Thank you so much! I was given the earrings as a gift from a friend, but I'm pretty sure they came form Next. I hope that helps!
Great video.. great info ...
Thanks for watching!
@@Millsiebee of course!! I'm your biggest fan! Just hope my channel does half as good !
I noted you said you paid for a drinks package. Could you please advise whether you think it is worth it.

If we did take out a drinks package do they still list the drinks and prices you’ve had on your charge account so you can see if you’ve made a saving?
Sadly not - it's like you haven't bought anything! I did a tally in my notes on my phone each day to see how much we would have spent. Whatever you decide to do, you will have a fantastic trip!
Really beautiful evening dress was it hard to find a dress for tiny people please xx
Thank you, great tips! I must be the only one who didn’t know that the walls are magnetic 😂
To be fair I didn’t either until I started doing my research ahead of our trip!
We were on K315
Your review was spot on.
We were on deck 5 mid so never really felt the storm in the cabin
So glad you didn't feel the storm too much - I spent most of my time in Vistas so I wouldn't feel it too bad!
I am only 5ft 2 as well xx
It's a great height! :)
Are the photographs just out and about on formal nights or at other times ?
They are out other evenings as well as the formal nights - it's not always advertised so keep your eyes peeled! We saw some in the atrium during the second week on one of the evenings :)
Love your milk jug idea but just so everyone is aware all milk onboard is UHT even in the buffet.
My experience was that other passengers were on deck before dawn reserving with towels several sun beds in various locations for the rest of the day VERY SELFISH
