Upon entering the casita, you immediately get into a full of light and air living room with a super high 12-foot ceiling. Red color is a theme here. The room features a full size super comfy sofa/ ottoman that is complemented by an antique handmade red Persian rug called “Royal Palace”. It stuns you with its elegance and at the same time invites you to your very own space. Super large arch shaped window brings tons of light into this space, especially during the morning hours. A set of thin and thick curtains can help you to bring as much or as little light according to your mood and your situation. You are in sunny Baja California, and now, my friend, you could call it “home”. The living room is equipped with a large ceiling fan and light fixture. You walk on the carpet making you way to a super comfy sofa, you sit, stretching your leg a bit on an oversized ottoman, take a remote control and watch your favorite movie or browse internet, made possible thanks to 200 MB per second ultra-fast StarLink Satellite Internet dish installed upon a roof. Super thin screen 55 -inch LG OLED has been voted as the best picture quality TV ever made. You can also pop in a DVD into an Ultra HD LG player that comes with the TV.
