70 F is hot to us who live in Canada. Our winters for 7-8 months is -30 or -40. We are warned by government that if we are outside for more than two minutes we will have frostbite. I am looking to move obviously. I hate the weather here… also the houses are so expensive now. I was very lucky and People that bought back then could probably get over 3 million for their home. rent is crazy. People who make apparently $100,000 over a year cannot afford the rent and food here. It is the most expensive place to live they say now... gas is seven dollars a gallon. A loaf of bread is 4 to 5 dollars, sometimes more when you buy organic…it would be around 10.00
It would be good for Mexico's security were to build a Naval Base in Baha California. It would also do good for marine life. If possible can be on Cedros Island. If it is not possible, the base can be on Baha but the Navy's command post has to be on Cedros Island.
