Unfortunately not this time around bud. We get a lot of this in a weekly basis, usually we will only be replacing the cone, but not with this. When we were at the scrappy, we replaced it with new guide bush but the in, out and lateral play was still wild 🫣
My partners polo had this the guy we bought it from spares or repairs put 3 clutches in about 3 months but exactly like in this video the shaft had the same amount of play worst part was it sasch clutches so not cheap 😅

hi mate the mainshaft was loose like that because you removed the guide bush nose cone you only needed to replace that mate for future reference

How can you check movement on a mainshaft when you have the thrust bearing guide off that holds the bearing in .
