I just made these and they are delicious! I found that letting the mixture sit for about 10 minutes helped the batter set up and I could use a cookie scoop to portion the cookies. Be careful not to over bake them. I added some chopped pecans and that was really good too.
One batch made 10 three inch cookies. They are so fudgy! Great recipe. thanks.
When my next cycle comes around and I get that chocolate craving these are on deck.
That’s exactly how I found this video lol chocolate cravings 😅
Wonderful for gluten-free folk!
im about to impress my family with this recipe!😁
This look absolutely delish! And so easy to make too!!!
Woooooooo!!!!!!!!!! I don't speak english but I discovered a wonderful ricetta!!!!!!Waoooooo Thank youuuuuu!!!!!!!! I Hope you Will have 100 thousand million visualisations!!!!!!!
RUN and MAKE THESE! I tried this almost right away - but substituted powdered Stevia (I put the granulated in my bullet to grind it) instead of sugar. The stevia didn't act like sugar, so mine didn't spread like in the video. I did refrigerate the batter for the hour as recommended. Maybe I don't have to do that with the Stevia. Regardless of which sweetener you use (although I don't think I'd choose allulose because it softens things) just try them! My little dollops had a nice crunchy outside and a soft inside - absolutely addicting! My daughter liked them better than the full on sugar filled chocolate chip cookies she had on hand! Also - I used an air fryer - 300 degrees for 12 minutes was perfect in mine. These absolutely would make GREAT macarons with filling, and there is almost nothing but protein in it, depending on the sweetener and cocoa powder you use - a few carbs per batch for the cocoa, and if your sweetener has any filler like Stevia does. You can try allulose, monkfruit, erythritol, even xylitol, or actually Swerve for baking would be great. All those are natural sweeteners, not artificial. You can add nuts or chocolate or peanut butter chips, or even crushed sugar free peppermint candy, I think! THANK YOU Shaswathi Cooking!!!
Immediately Subscribed 😊
Me encantó! ❤
I cant wait to make these ❤❤❤
Looks delish , I’m going to try honey
Xylitol would work.
Smart recipe
I want to try & make them they look 😋.

Those look like heaven. I can't wait to try. Thanks.
عالی شده 😋😋😋😋
SUBSCRIBED.
I will be making these then making a chocolate butter cream drizzle on top or a peanut butter drizzle ❤
hope you will love it..thank you😊
Habe das Rezept ausprobiert.......die "Kekse" waren hohl und wie Baiser.
Habe in den Rest Teig Mehl gerührt, damit war's deutlich besser
You got a new sub from me!! Just founded your channel..loved your recipe, looks awesome 👍 Stay connected my fellow chef!!
whats the substitute for eggs
I'm going to try this with powdered monkfruit and MCT oil! Thanks for the inspiration ❤
Will you replace the egg white for oil or it will be an addition?
@@claudiadnz554 i might try some arrowroot starch + water to replace the egg white!
@@LadyCarlsbad How did yours turn out? I think I'm about to have a go with some other sweetener as well. A cup and a half is a lot; I'm trying to decide which to use. Probably stevia even though it has a few carbs, since it's the cheapest.
Can we add something else instead of egg?
Really? Just 3 ingredients? Going to make this. Thanks for sharing!
My pleasure 😊
How many cookies at the end?
How many cookies will this make ?
My mouth is watering!! Can you use granulated sugar or is it better with powdered?
powdered sugar😊
Wow! These look amazing. Do you have any other flourless cook recipes?
Yes, soon.....Thanks for ur comment.
Great! I’ve subscribed.
can you use monkfruit sugar instead of powdered sugar? too much sugar for my taste
I am going to make these for my macarons instead of the tradtional recipe.
Hope you enjoy. Thank you😊
What temperature do you cook them at?
The video says 160 degrees Celsius which is 320 degrees Fahrenheit. I’m going to try 325 because I never heard of anyone baking at 320.
موزیک هم عالیییییی👍👍👍👍🔔🔔🔔🔔
What temp and how long to cook?
1:25
bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 15 to 18 mins. Thank you😊
,160c equals 320f according to google
We can add jaggery powder too instead of sugar can we chef
It works only with powdered sugar.
can i use regular sugar if i dont have powdered ?
It might not rise up and spread more easily so I would recommend using the powered sugar
@@lolaespec i found a video how to make my own pder sugar :D blending 1 cup sugar with 1 tbsp cornstarch
hows the texture. is it chewy or hard ?
It’s chewy and soft
@@lolaespec the way like prefer my cookies mmmmm
crispy shell with chewy gooey inside
These cookies are delicious when warm. Only problem is they become hard as a rock after 8-12hrs.
Can I use the egg and not just the whites?
You should only use the egg whites.Thank you😊
What can be used instead of egg whites?
Aquafaba apparently
Lecker!
thank you😊
Powdered sugar? Is that just normal granulated or caster sugar? Or is it like icing powder?
Like icing powder
Lindsey you can grind your granulated into powdered using a bullet or coffee grinder.
Cooking temp? Time?
At 1:25, it says 160°C for 15 to 18 mins.
Chocolate pavlovas
Do we need a specific brand of cocoa powder?
Any brand is fine😊
I followed this to the T, but my batter wasn’t thick like yours, it was very runny. What did I do wrong?
you can add little more cocoa powder.
I wonder if you can substitute the egg whites with gelatin :)
I think you might be able to substitute it with the liquid drained off chick peas. I wouldn't know ratios though
Sprinkle kosher salt on top when they come out of the oven
Please add oven temperature and cooking time to ingredient list. Thank you.
It says to cook at 160°C for 15 to 18 minutes. I googled this and that would be 320°F
@@joanrondeau-if6rj Thank you so much. How kind of you. Have a nice day.
Sure next time...Thank you😊
Ohhhh, I am so happy UA-cam showed me your video!!!! 😊😊
I LOVE brownie like cookies, and these have no flour and they don't take 45 to 55 minutes to bake, so it's perfect when I get home from work, and I am tired but can quickly bake them, and then have a snack before bed.... thank you so much!!
I subscribed and cannot wait to see more of your videos 💖 💖
Thank you😊
Hay do you have recipe that is sugar free? 🤤🆓

Lol honestly, I wish I could show you a picture of the flat black blobs that came out of my oven. Why do these recipes work for some and not others. For Pete's sake it's 3 ingredients!
🤦
May be you can follow these tips nxt time
1. Make sure the batter should be very thick and sticky ( adjust the cocoa powder accordingly )
2. check the oven temperature and time.normally it takes 15 to 17 mins at 160 C, But the time may vary for you. When cookies are done, they will puff up and have a shiny surface.
3. scoop out more batter for baking.
Thank you😊
Because it's a fake recipe.
Use powdered allulose, it’ll be sugar free!
There is no baking soda then how it becomes bigger in size
Egg whites.

What about egg substitute.... I don't eat eggs
That’s what I was thinking. Aquafaba or flax egg (or JustEgg). Add some espresso powder, too. Maybe cinnamon. For real Mexican vibe, a pinch of cayenne (don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it).
Good idea😊 ... Soon I will try this out and will post the video. Thank you
My dad had an egg allergy so I usually substituted applesauce for the eggs in baked goods.
There is no butter or shortening in this cookie. So howcome the sugar not burn and stick horribly to the baking paper? 🤔
The baking paper was not buttered or oiled either.
The egg white and powdered sugar does magic here..it bends together and gives us chewy texture in these cookies...Thank you😊
does it taste like egg's ? cuz i hate the egg's taste :) ( if it tastes like egg can i rplace the egg with sth else?
No..These cookies are chewy and little bit fudgy in the centre.. almost like brownies in a cookie form. Thank you😊
@@shaswathicooking5760 Actually i just remembered-- cuz also my brother is allergic to eggs would u recommend replacing the eggs with sth else?
O rendimento total da receita foram 06 unidades ?
12 to 14 cookies.
Praticamente ,SOLO ZUCCHERO,NOOOOOO
Mine turned out disgusting. I used all as suggested and they got like rubber. I'll pass won't make them again
but I Need subtitles I don t speak english!!

What is the lowdown on calories and all the values in the cookie,
My batter did not get thick, it was more like brownie batter :/ I followed the recipe exactly
Did you refrigerate for one hour?
@deborahlawson7676 No, I didn't see that instruction in the video! I guess I need to go back and watch it again. Thank you!
No flour, baking powder, or butter just a load of sugar 😂
U can used another ingredient like honey or Brown sugar.
At least there’s no banana. That seems to show up in every single recipe and I’m allergic.
@@infmaicolbrown sugar is white sugar with molasses in it. So it's the same.
Yes. Go natural sweeteners
This is true... however.. sugar and carbs together are worse. And you can cut the sugar down and use half sugar and half substitute. Or all sugar substitute. (Tho not sure how good that would taste).
TEMP NOT MENTIONED
You need only 1 cup flour with some baking powder and 2 table spoons of butter to make it a regular cookie
Its perfect as is
Thank you for those tips. I was just wondering why you gave them because these look great as they are.
I would leave it as is ,
and maybe only add some chopped walnuts 😊
Too much sugar.
you can check out healthy cookies here➡️ua-cam.com/video/DaIn3wOa_Ig/v-deo.html
Lots of sugar .. wish it was a low carb or keto friendly ( though am not on keto ),
Even natural sweeteners like stevia etc won’t be sufficient to make it if we add in smaller amount , because the recipe calls for more sugar perhaps to make it balanced with coco powder..
do suggest something healthier, in this recipe no sugar …:
You don’t give temp and time
It's in the video at 1:25. Preheated oven to 160C, 15-18 minutes.
I try this recipe and it is NOT GOOD at all
Soooooo much SUGAR
SUGAR KILLS
Sugar is soooooo BAD
.
IT IS THE WORST RECIPE EVER... DONT TRY THIS AT HOME
This recipe can easily be made much better by removing the egg whites and sugar and replacing with healthy alternatives
How many cookies will this make ?
12 to 14 cookies.😊
