This is such a cool coincidence that Shoto and Momo pair is the same as Eren and Armin pair (Shoto's VA also voiced Eren, while Momo's VA voiced Armin). It's funny because Momo is the "brain", she's a strategist, while Shoto is the one who acts, he's a raw power, physical power. And the exact same goes to Armin and Eren, the brain and the power. 😂😂😂 I love it here.
For real, I can't understand how this "ship" was the most obvious one in the "un-tell" ship but still never have a end. They build the relation between them, show how they evolve from the other (Momo litteraly trying to be "how Todoroki would do it" or totally having confiance on him) + having litteral canon "slice of life time" (confirm by VA + Mangaka with the Ennichi festival things) but then, just never talk about them at the end. Guess ppl can made the head canon they want like this but still, it would have been cool to confirm some things

Aizawa wouldve definitely been on the top ten hero rank if not for his indifferent nature lol. Not only the quirk is a cheat, his battle iq is op and the rope thing helps with mobility. 10/10 character

To be honest, I don't ship Todoroki x Yaoyorozu at all. I much rather ship her with Iida or even Deku XD. And I also have some issues with the way the victory was achieved. Yaoyoruzu's plan was essentially just Todoroki's plan but with the roles reversed and she needed to rely on a quirk way better suited for combat to stall for time for her and to even work in general, so it still doesn't solve her main issue about her not being able to stand a chance in battle own her own againts pretty much anyone. And it was Aizawa's own cautious nature what made him lose even after Yaoyorozu accidentally messed up her own plan with the catapult. So it really feels as if he just let her win and it doesn't really solve the problem. That being said, it was a cool fight. Fun fact: Yaoyorozu created matrioska dolls because she learned to create them ever since she was a little girl, so she's able to create them almost by instinct.
Aizawa didn't stop himself to see what she was planning. He stopped himself because he felt like he was in danger. He did not show pity or mercy towards her. Also, Aizawa was not trying to teach either of them a lesson. He is completely professional. We just hear his internal thoughts to see how he feels and to give more context to what we should be thinking and feeling about that exam. He did not alter his behavior. He tried to win.
Yeah its a bit of a shame that when Aizawa was explaining that they were talking over it and missed it lol, not complaining about that they have to give a reaction but sometimes talking over characters make them miss some important stuff
Disagree. I think he made an excuse so that momo didn't feel bad about missing the opportunity. You can hear recovery girl calling him a softy, which imo confirms he 'let' them capture him
