These diehard J/35 fanatics in Detroit are on a mission to bring these iconic one-design keelboats back to racing trim. We meet up with the master craftsman behind the rebuilds of many of the J/35s now racing again on the Great Lakes.

What is going on with the camera? This video is frustrating to watch. Gary is explaining the layout and controls which is difficult to interpret by audio only while the video is showing J/35s racing. Please, we need better production of a great series that I very much enjoy and hope there is more exploring of different classes and their boats.

we need more videos like this, but more in depth, talking hardware, deck layouts, lots of into to spread out there would help the sport!

Stupid video. Could have been great if you showed what they were actually talking about but my god. Maybe you could learn something from the retro boat series? Or BUY the rights to that show from Sailing Anarchy!
