भारतीय संस्कृति तो हमेशा से ही अंतर्मुखी का सम्मान करती आई है। ध्यान, तप, योग आदि की धरती है ये और ऐसे महान ऋषि, वैज्ञानिक इस धरती से निकले हैं।
किन्तु अब पाश्चात्य संस्कृति बहिर्मुखी होने को बढ़ावा देती है जो कि भोगवाद की संस्कृति का परिणाम है, ताकि लोग ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा दिखावा, खरीददारी आदि में उलझे और व्यापारियों को भी ग्राहकों को समझने में आसानी हो।
साथ ही अंतर्मुखी लोग unpredictable होते हैं और इससे दुनिया डरती है। जिस भी चीज़ को हम न समझे, हम उससे अक्सर डरते हैं। तो इसलिए दुनिया अंतर्मुखी लोगों को शर्मिंदा करने की कोशिश करती है।🙂

No personality type is inferior or superior but their is huge biases and prejudices against introverts. People directly connect extroverts to smartness and confidence, on the other hand introverts as sad, weird, less clever.

the only difference i see b/w intro and extro is that intro prefers calculative and productive socialization whereas extro may or may not prefer outcome oriented socialization
True 👍 introverts prefer meaningful, productive talks, friends, work. They need a reason for doing everything while extro. are just chill type personality and don't think too much before doing, saying anything.

I don't know why people think that introvert have social anxiety but it's wrong . Introvert people can express themselves and have confidence. People compare introvert with shyness. Shy people don't have confidence but introvert people do. Introvert are nothing but the just like to live in their own company. This doesn't mean that they don't know how to speak or are underconfident.🦋😊

A lot of people struggle to put themselves in one box, when they don't have to. Personality is an ever changing, ever evolving piece.
Depending on the situation, an introvert around his/her comfort zone people, behaves way more intensely than an Extrovert. And then there are extroverts who have their own place of quietness - Saurabh said - "Main dikhta hoon extrovert, par apne ekaant me main introvert' hoon.

Par maa bahut strict thi (humare bhale ke liye hi) or koi aisa nhi tha jo bahut zyada laad kare ( jaisa ki har parivar me koi ek to hota h bache ke liye) or bada bhai bahut chidhata tha har baat par. To hum bahut darpok, sharmeele, sensitive ho gye. Dost bhi nhi ban paaye. Phir jab bade hue to ghar walo ne khud kaha aise kaise kaam chalega. Par kuch fayda nhi.
Phir jab 10th ka result acha aaya or coaching me humare dost bane to mujhe kuch confidence mila. Phir agle 2-4 saal me to humne itna kuch dekh liya jitna poori zindagi me nhi dekha. Acha bura sab. Ab to me emotionally strong hu. Or communication skills bhi sudhri h. To ab jana maine ki me asal me ambeivert hu.😇

Now everything has become clear to me. I was angry with my extrovert neighbor when she impressed an acquaintance of mine(whom I helped a lot when she needed me )more than me , just because she is more vibrant and talks a lot and I don't.
