for guys asking for english, here is my effort to put it in a gist manner. Dr Israr on analysis of Quran explaining that, there are two types of Prophets mentioned. Here the emphasis is on the words "Sadique" and "Rasull". Saqdique is a level after Shahid(martyr) and in this lecture Dr is explaining that Prophet Ibrahim is mentioned with word "Sadique", and this word is closely aligned with Introvert personality type. where the other word "Rasull" is used in Quran for personality type extrovert. It is quite apparent in this lecture, as why a personality type is gifted to one Prhopet and another personality type to another. so for a Prophet who have to propagate message of GOD with a given book had Extrovert personalities and other Prophets had Introvert personalities. examples in this lecture is given i.e. Sadique for prophet Ibrahim(PBUH) and Rasull for Prophet Musa(PBUH). Among Prophet Muhamad's(PBUH) companions example of introvert personality was Abubakr Sadique and extrovert personalities where Umer Ibn Khatab. other details about introverts given in this lecture is that introverts are more inclined to ponder upon things and extroverts are more focus on getting involved and doing things. please pardon my mistakes which i may have made. my intention is to summaries this lecture ,as much as possible. BarakAllah Fi
Most people in the world are extroverts.I think Qur'anic guidance encourages us to be both, a third type called Ambivert/Omnivert. Which Show a balance of extrovert and introvert features in their personality. Introverts & Extroverts both have their good & bad. There are people who have worked their way on wards on changing themselves and being an ambivert, possessing good qualities of both.
tears rolled away from my eyes when I first heard this. And I have been listening it over and over again since then. Every time I hear it tears now rolling away from my heart.
I know that introverts and extroverts exist. In fact I'm introvert and life is too hard for introverts. Both have pros and cons. I just wanna advise you all , don't get into the complications of diversities. What I found out, Good news is for those who are introverts that they have more strong connection with ALLAH as compared to others. ALLAH has diversified everything i.e. LIVES, RIZQ, CREATURES, HABITS and everything, and HE only can manage these all. What we have to do is , keep it simple everything and keep Connected with THE CREATER.

Dr. Israr ahmed concluded introverts are always ready to accept islam and dont need explainations they are called "siddiqui " but shy to express and spread islam such as abu bakr siddiqui( R. A) , extroverts need time to understand and to accept islam but they are confident to spread islam. They are called "rasull".Such as hazrat Umar ibne khattab (R.A). Hope it will help you
