Glad to see Nic's penultimate step wasn't as extended when he came back from his studies. His form can greatly be improved, which is good news, because it can probably add 6+ inches before strength gains are needed His penultimate step and leg swing are slow, and he drops down a lot which affects his momentum. Should take long steps far away and they should shorten closer to the hoop. Also needs to swing out the leg with the knee instead of pulling it back so quickly. Would recommend hamstring exercises + sprints (for hip flexor strength and speed).
