So pretty. My grandmother had one in her yard. I'm in Southern Colorado and in the old days every yard had a snowball bush, lilacs, iris, Holly hocks, and once blooming yellow roses. I think these were some of the few plants the women could get ahold of to plant in their yards and they all traded. Alot of these have died out ot not been kept up which is a shame. You have a lovely garden. Everything grows so beautifully there.
I really like the wild woodland effect you have created for your front garden. The long grass will be good for insects. If you have any room in your front garden, for next spring's flowering, I think you would like sweet violet (viola odorata), a scented native viola which works well in woodland gardens. :)
Really lovely. I think viburnums thrive in part shade/dappled shade. Round here there are a number of native varieties & they tend to grow at the edges of woodlands.
Depends where you live.I live in Nevada, and I was looking for something what looks like hydrengea and I found this shrub. Label indicated part-sun. Well, my backyard has pretty much sun all day long except stripe along the house. It has shade in the morning and there I planted my shrub. It does not wilt in hot summer as hydrengea and I am happy about it. But just in case, I planted some shrubs and trees in front of this snowball shrub, because our summers hot and pretty much dry. Also,I saw beautiful hydrengea with label "full sun". Was really sceptical, but decided to give it a try. Yep, I was dumn right. Hydrengia wilted leaves in the first hot day. Moved it to the front porch where it can see only morning sun for few hours. Unfortunately, cannot plant in the front of our house -deers will gobble it. Can grow safely only in fenced backyard.
@rockyk9316 All of my hydrangeas are under a canopy of trees and they do well. Boston has been super hot. So I understand Nevada is even hotter and dryer. Collect rainwater as much as you can.
lovely, its so fresh and fluffy, it really pops and creates eye catching interest.
So pleased you like :) Thank you 💚💚💚💚
Beautiful plants

I have a tremendous sun on in my yard and garden. I am considering this plant.

I have one young plant in a partially shaded area (approx 4 hours of direct sun daily). It has quite a lot of leaf burn. I don't understand why.
There lovely
Thank you dear Iris 💚💚💚💚
Mine is very small planted this year can I plant either side

I agree as my 2 year old plant is only 1 foot tall.
