Final conclusion not shifting 2003 Honda Foreman 500 Rubicon

Troubleshooting no shift 2003 Honda Foreman 500 Rubicon ES. Thought it was angle sensor code 5, but no. I was getting a code 4 ThrottlePositionSensor, I adjusted that. , fixed that. Next I was troubleshooting code 3 Gear Positio Sensor and turned out to be ok. I then was troubleshooting code 7 Electric Shift Switch but everything checkout. last I was troubleshooting code 11 ECM Motor Drive Cicuit and that check out. I was using Clymer Service Manual for Honda TRX500 Rubicon 2001-2004.
