I think that Plesioth really was the perfect example of the benefits of underwater combat. He’s just not fun otherwise. His move set is limited on land, but underwater it’s actually an enjoyable fight.
I never bothered using melee against that fish even Cephadrome is already annoying for me but still manageable with melee. first mission with fish I need range just to get that fucking fish outta water. But even so I hate those hips

Akantor is my favorite monster of all time, Love all of his weapons, but I think Ukanlos had the better looking armor sets, atleast for male blademasters. Akantor Broadsword+ still makes me moist. sharpness be damned
