When are you gonna address the polish sausage you got on day 5 for lunch! Lol there is no way you didn't notice the taste difference and never mentioned anything to us. Lol all fun and games. Love your videos
The US Surgeon General has classified hot dogs and deli meats as class 1 carcinogens (cancer causing in the bowels and stomach). While I know Ken is not promoting this as a diet and it was for fun I think viewers should be aware these food items should be eaten sparingly. At 36,750 mg. of salt over the 7 days-- that's 5,250 mg. on average each day... that's a heart stopping amount of salt for anyone.
Probably. Sodium isn’t all that dangerous. Most MDs don’t know much about nutrition, and government guidelines for sodium consumption are not based on scientific research.
Not a lot of options in Canadian Costco’s. In Central America, we have pizza (cheese, pepperoni & supreme), fries, chicken bake, calzone, chicken pieces, chicken wings, cheeseburger, chicken burger, chicken salad and hot dog.
This is a trend I will not do. I use to babysit for a little boy who ate nothing but hotdogs and bologna. He ended in the hospital with kidney isses. If you google it, it says that Just 50 grams-about one hot dog-consumed daily increases colorectal cancer risk by 18%.Jun 11, 2024. Scary stuff. I love your channel and your stealth camping!
This is not meant to offend but I've researched food standards all over the world quite a bit and the shit that they're able to put into the food in NA is shocking as an outsider.
Don't know about in Canada, but in the UK you need to scan a membership card to get in the front door and there is no way to get to the food court without going through that.
Hey Ken, I do not have a suggestion for a week long challenge more so a suggestion for a vlog, how about the Reading Terminal in Philly? I am not sure if you have heard of or are aware of it but it's pretty awesome and has everything you could possibly want. Plus I am sure you can easily find idea's for future awesome food videos here!
That was an enjoyable video, watched it while I was eating lunch. We only have 1 Costco so far in New Zealand, the flagship store in Westgate Auckland. It's always very busy. I became a Costco member for the 1st year but didn't renew it. Didn't go there much however it was an interesting experience.
When I go to Costco for lunch, it’s 1.50 for a hot dog & soda and a slice of pepperoni pizza is $2.00. Not a bad lunch for $3.50. Extremely bad for your health, but not your wallet that is ! 😂🌭🍕🥤
That sounds looks and sounds and looks good. You should make a hot dog with Kielbasa or polish sausage on a hot dog buns which are the same thing Costco has. It depends on what they sell at their stores. Eckrich is the best, Ken. When you're at the grocery or Walmart you can always buy a jar of saurekraut, and you can dice an onion while your at it too and store them in the fridge to keep both refrigerated and when you buy hot dogs at Costco and you take them and keep them in the fridge and you can have mustard on your hot dogs and both Saurekraut, and raw onions too. Just like that and simple.
@@KBDProductionsTV It was only right and good on you for giving him the shout out. Pretty crazy you both lost weight eating nothing but Cosco hotdogs. KBDMOVIE - Conan the barbarian with Arnold! Or Crom will cast you out of Valhalla and laugh at you.

Of course you'll lose weight. You're regimenting what you're eating and also exercising. No snacks or beer etc in between. You can eat the most unhealthy stuff and lose weight if you're not eating enough of it. I thought videos like these were left back in the early 2000s

king paul with the cameo was great....and why do all these schlubs keep commenting to "ask for onions at the counter" - big dog ken figured that out like halfway thru the video and was going heavy with the onionitus
Dang uncle Ken with all the munching you do your a feather to my weight but I still love you big guy ❤😊 I had a date lunch at Costco and after I bought all there beef jerky.😂

Well I haven't watched yet... but I'm preemptively saying I hope your stomach and colon can handle it bro
C'mon Ken, some of your followers wanna know about the "bathroom issues" - give us a laugh at your expense! :)
Polish sausage day 5. That was the funniest lol
Drink alcohol only beverages for a week straight only
Ken did you monitor your blood pressure, If so what was the readings?
Raw dogging it at a Maroon 5 concernt is crazy..

On one of the days you order polish sausages, and I don’t think you noticed. The foil is reversed to confirm this fact.
