Marley, Monte Amiata Natural Sienna from Jack’s palette works as a yellow for skies as long as you don’t fiddle then it turns grey. I compared it to DiVinci’s Yellow Ochre which was brighter and a clearer yellow when used with blue but not dramatic enough of a difference to replace MANS on my palette.
Wow! I use lots of MANS but never would have thought to use it in the sky! Thank you so much I will try that. Love how much knowledge there is in our community.
