  • This video will break down one of the most famous prophecies in the Bible, the 70 Weeks prophecy of Daniel 9. There are lots of interpretations of this prophecy out there, but they might not understand it the way it should be understood. Watch the whole video and see if this video has revealed the prophecy.
The bible is the inerrant Word of God, on this channel we believe that the Bible is the truth. Although it was written by 40 different human authors, there was one common ghost writer and that is The Holy Spirit which inspired all of them. This channel tries to stay away from theology but instead focuses on a unique Bible Study approach by connecting the bible as a whole book using tools such as typology, parallelisms, and multiple-layered contextualized connections. Yes, God can operate on different levels at the same time, to mean more than one thing at the same time.
I enjoy a deep dive Bible Study, and always will cite scripture to back up the conclusions.

I’ve been preaching behind my pulpit for about a year and a half now that America is in the Bible. No one wants to believe me the spirit of God laid this on my heart, and I have all the faith in the world that this is true and that what you’re saying is true, it fits together perfectly as you say. I wonder if there are some books that you would recommend or perhaps you’ve written a book or you have some teachings that you could send me to help me deliver this message to my church

I am tickled when I hear people disagree with this man's teaching. I have been searching for understanding my entire life endlessly curious about everything, but have always felt confused about the end times and of course the book of Daniel until now. I'm not a Bible scholar but I know the truth when I hear it, because it has that ring that nothing else does. I never imagined that I knew the truth or had anything worked out in the first place so it's not hard for me to accept. It's tough when you think you already know something or you've been taught it your entire life. I understand.

      *The Master Bible's "Archaeological Supplement", p. 1398-G:*
"The Zionists are not Jews according to race. Rather, they are the descendants of a hoard of pagans who pressed into Russia in the first century of our era and in due time became proselytes to Judaism. In 692 A.D., they formed the Khazar kingdom. In 955 A.D., Russia conquered them. They are neither Jew by race, nor are they genuinely Jewish in religion. They pass as Jews and pretend that they are the descendants of Israel and therefore, have a right to Palestine as their national homeland, but they are false in their claims and irreligious in their living."
*The Mystery of the Gentiles, by Ted R. Weiland, p. 25:*
"By their own testimony, the vast majority of today's Jews are not racial Israelites or even Judahites. History reveals that most of today's Jews are Khazars and Edomites because of forced conversion in the seventh and second centuries BC, and voluntary conversion in the seventh century AD."
*Israelis' Five Trillion Dollar Secret, by Col. Curtis B. Dall, p. 9:*
"The claim of the Eastern European, Yiddish-speaking Jews, of pagan-Khazar origin, to an historic or ethnic association either with Palestine or the Jews [Judahites] who lived there, is one of the world's greatest frauds."

*Judaism's Strange Gods, by Michael A. Hoffman II, p. 110:*
"But for a minuscule remnant, contemporary 'Jews' are mostly mamzerim, of mixed race...the overwhelming majority of 'Jews' in America are actually descendants of converts from the Khazar tribe of Eastern Europe:"
The people who've owned the media and the banks for centuries and have actively used propagate war and debauchery as well as silence anyone who speaks against them are God's chosen people

@@Lamarck922 no, the grammar is clear with the proper translation. KJV added the definite article to both "people" and "prince" and without the definite article "Messiah" is the antecedent to to the pro-form "HE" in Dan. 9:27.
My religion is CHRIST crucifed and "HE" raised on the third day. This all happened in Passion week 1993 years ago.
Read 9:27 with "HE" being JESUS. Nisan 10 HE entered as Messiah the Prince. HE taugh openly in the Temple, inspected for spot or blemish. None was found by Jew or Gentile courts. They hung HIM on the cross on a Wed.\Thur. Passover aka midst of the week. HE caused the sacrifical system to cease "it is finished". HE confirmed the Isa. 55:1-7 Everlasting Covenant with the "many" by the "sure mercies of David" HE being our Firist Fruits of the Resurrection at the end of the Passion Week.
The Jews continued animal sacrifices "abominations" 40 years until "HE" WORD YHWH used an "iron pan" siege to end the abominations. HE had to bear Judah's iniquity of unacceptable animal sacrifices 40 years; Ezek. 4:6,7 then made it desolate "void of thy People" in 70 ad. Even until the consumation aka 70th week. "And that determined"; Lk. 21:24 "time of the Gentiles be fulfilled". The Gospel shall be poured upon the "children of the desolate" Isa. 54:1.

If you are confused, I understand. That's because most pastors and prophecy teachers are clueless or lying. I tried to understand for over 30 years. Ran across a Geneva bible, read the footnotes, and while they had the wrong decree, was introduced to the way most use to understand the prophecy.
      Fulfilled by Jesus.

Everything you say in this video I have already said and proven in countless ways. Your main error is that you're unable to interpret Daniel 9:24 which reads, "Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy." We have also overlooked the great tribulation that took place after Jesus ascended to the right hand of His Father. This explains why He continued to reassure them of His quick return. The House of Israel suffered horrible persecution, torture, and death. Isaac was the son of promise, and Jesus fulfilled that promise of a savior to come and save the House of Israel, and He did.

Context is king Daniel 9:23 "At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision."
The command was for the angel to explain the matter so Daniel would understand the matter and consider the vision.
Then, in verse 25 he says "Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem..."
Now in Ezra Cyrus says " Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The Lord God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah."
He is build a house in Judah not a city.

A House _of God_ is a temple.
Cyrus, and then later the one called Darius (in Ezra 6:14* ) and Artaxerxes each made declarations which effected various aspects of the restoration of Jerusalem, including the rebuilding of the temple, the return of the people, and the rebuilding of the city itself.
      * "And the elders of the Jews builded, and they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they builded, and finished it, according to the commandment of the God of Israel, and according to the commandment of Cyrus, and Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia"

@@mytwocents777 my three cents read the decree to rebuild the streets and wall even in troubled times which identifies the decree to Nehemiah in 454 bc on Nisan 14th at the 9th hour. Nehemiah is in the 20th year of Artaxerxes with the streets in ruin so much so he had to get off his animal to navigate through the rubble. Troubbled times were the gentiles not wanting the city occupied Nehemiah assigned half the men to do the repairs the other half to provide security. Ezra's decree was in the 7th year of Artaxerxes 13 years before and the street were still in ruin when Nehemiah arrived with decree in hand.

Read Daniel 9:24-27 and ask yourself:
Does it mention a 2,000 year gap in between week 69 and week 70?
Does it use the word “Antichrist”?
Does it specify that an Antichrist will make a peace accord with Israel?
Does it speak of an end times 3rd temple being rebuilt?
Did the passage mention an Antichrist who will proclaim that he is god?
Does it use the word “tribulation”?
Did the passage mention the rapture of the Church?
    The answer is NO
If you insist that the 70th week of Daniel has not been fulfilled, then read Daniel 9:24-27, and ask yourself these questions.During which week of the seventy-week prophecy did Messiah carry out his multiyear ministry? And in which week did He die for our sins? If you’re honest with the text, you’ll see that the only place for those events is in the 70th week.

    • @connectingthebible-deeperb5680
      @connectingthebible-deeperb5680  Місяць тому

If you followed the video, it did state that the ministry of Jesus Christ fulfilled the first half-week of the final week in the prophecy. That is the 70th week, half of it anyways. The video said the second half-week of the final week has not been fulfilled. The 2,000 year gap comes between the half weeks in the final week, within the 70th week.
Another good video to watch discussing this Daniel 9 70 weeks prophecy is the Final 40 video on this channel. It not only talks about this 70 Weeks prophecy in terms of the final 40 hours of death, but also overlays the rest of Daniel's prophecies about end times onto this last 3.5 year time frame. Which Jesus Christ Himself called the tribulation. In fact he called that time the worst time ever in the history of the world.
'Does it use the word “Antichrist”?'
That name comes directly from John...
      1 John 2:18
Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.
That name Anti-Christ fulfills both the second Beast of Revelation 13 and the White Horse Rider of Revelation 6. The final 40 video covers this pretty well.
"Does it specify that an Antichrist will make a peace accord with Israel?"
The video did not state that at all. In fact it says the opposite, verse 27 is about Jesus Christ.
"Does it speak of an end times 3rd temple being rebuilt?"
We are the third temple. Both Paul and Peter are clear that Christians becomes the new temple in the Body of Christ.
"Did the passage mention an Antichrist who will proclaim that he is god?"
Again the Final 40 video does a good job of using other Daniel prophecies to connect them together. Which connects to the prophecy in Daniel 7 which the little horn is well known to be the Anti-Christ that John refers to in his letter and the Book of Revelation.
"Does it use the word “tribulation”? "
As I said, Jesus Himself talks about tribulation and what His people will go through.
"Did the passage mention the rapture of the Church? "
I'm not a pre-tribber, I would be labelled a post-tribber which is basically the second coming of Jesus Christ when the followers of Jesus Christ are called up to God.
      Revelation 11:12
12 And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them.
This prophecy has to be seen in cohesion with the rest of the Bible's prophecies including the end times in Revelation. Hope I answered all your questions.

    @str.77 5 місяців тому +1

In the beginning I was listening eagerly. But if you accuse others of changing things around to make it fit into their timeline you should not yourself do the same thing. And you don't even end up with a feasible timeline. In detail:
    1. Sure, everyone would first think that the command to restore Jerusalem would be that of King Cyrus. He is also a feasible candidate for a Messiah (Annointed One). But if we start the 490 weeks in 539 (actually 538) we will never end up with a sensible conclusion: 539-490=49BC. What exactly happend in 49BC as to deserve the endpoint of the weeks? What happend in the last 7 years (56-49 BC)?
    2. Note that it says "after 62 weeks an Annointed One" will be cut off. If we accept for the moment your turning around the 7 and 62 weeks, we end up in 105 BC (as you said).
    a. Cyrus was not cut off in that year - he died in 529 BC. His entire Empire collapsed in 330 BC.
    b. Rome has nothing to do with Cyrus. No historian would say that the Roman Republic ended in 105. It was certainly an important year and some of its events led to a development that proved the Republic's downfall but never even mention it: Marius made the Roman army one of professional soldiers, who were paid by their commanders and hence more loyal to him than to the Republic. The road of such Imperatores was a short one: Marius, Sulla, Pompey, Caesar.
    c. You arbitrarily connect a side issue of the 105 reforms (assuming that the unified standards is true - I have never heard of it) to the beasts mentioned in prophecy. But none of these beasts is an eagle.
    3. Then there's the arbitrary decision is to switch around the 7 and the 62 weeks. I don't see any justification for that. That Darius the Mede was 62 years old is simply not enough for that. It is just picking out a random number that appears in proximity.
    4. Another problem: it says "the city would be rebuilt with wall and plaza" - but Jerusalem did not have a wall until Nehemia came in 444 BC. At that time, out of your 62 weeks there have already past almost a hundred years.
    5. Going back to the first point: if you start in 539 you will never get to 30 AD or 33 AD with the 70 weeks. It is just not possible.
    a. But of course, you have a way out: you insert gaps. A gap between Marius Herod supposedly placing an Eagle on the Temple in 19 BC, which then would supposedly lead to Jesus starting his ministry in 30 AD. But that means that Messiah doesn't come after 7+62 weeks but after 7+62+X weeks, X being 86 years.
    b. So it is another gap theory. If it was feasible to have gaps with this 70 weeks prophecy (making it no longer 70 weeks), then there are quite a few other gap theories that make more sense. But it is not feasible.
    c. Wouldn't it make more sense to realise that 539 (actually 538) cannot be the correct date for the relevant command to rebuild Jeruasalem? (see also #4)
    6. As all gap theories, yours totally fails with the second gap that now runs at 1990 years (and counting). That gap alone is already four times as long as the entire 70 weeks.
That's quite some "changing things around to make it fit into a timeline".
    7. And what was that dangerous error you warned listeners about? That the final tribulation is only half as long? Well, too bad that biblically speaking there is no time limit to that tribulation. The entire idea comes from the faulty association of Daniel 9 with the end of time.
    8. As an aside: God didn't use Aquila to start his new Church, not even in Rome. Aquila is a minor figure in the early church who happend to house a congregation together with his wife Priscilla. He is not the Messiah.

      In reply to each point....
      1. Yes, Cyrus was an important figure as he was prophesied to rebuild the temple by Isaiah about 150 years before this. Why would Cyrus be singled out by Isaiah for this purpose? If not for the very reason that God was using Cyrus to free the people and start this timeline of the Daniel 9 prophecy which was starting the countdown to Jesus Christ.
Who said anything about 49 BC? Just combining the 69 weeks as 490 years does not take into context of the prophecy being 2 different segments of 62 weeks and 7 weeks. I went over the time line of the prophecy with detail in the video...

Your point..."2.
      Read the prophecy itself...
      Daniel 9:26
      “And after the sixty-two weeks
      Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself;
And the people of the prince who is to come
Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
There are 2 conditions if you keep reading,
The Messiah will be cut off
AND the people to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary...
I went over in detail that the Hebrew word for Messiah also means "anointed one" that could apply to Cyrus who was anointed by God.
Read Daniel 10:13 and it says that Persia was cut off by God
And the people to come(Rome) did in fact destroy the city and the temple in 70AD
To understand verse 26 referring to Cyrus you cannot just stop reading the Messiah being cut off, but you have to read the next line which refers to the second part of the condition to be fulfilled.
Cyrus was cut off and did die shortly after conquering Babylon..
Persia was cut off by God
And the people of the prince to come did come officially in the year 105BC (end of 62 weeks)
And Rome did destroy the temple in 70AD
All conditions of verse 26 were met to arrive at the end of the 62 weeks.(105BC)

"2. Note that it says "after 62 weeks an Annointed One" will be cut off. If we accept for the moment your turning around the 7 and 62 weeks, we end up in 105 BC (as you said).
But none of these beasts is an eagle."
In my research I did come across a historian that said, the election of Marius was in 105BC. And I also clearly said, that not every historian agrees on that date. Some others would mark Julius Caesar and other the start of Augustus the first official emporer of Rome. Nothing was misrepresented.
I never said Rome and Cyrus was connected.(see my previous reply about verse 26 using 2 conditions for the 62 weeks.
The reforms started on 105 BC by Marius are not arbitrary. I went over in greater detail in my video about The First Beast of Revelation and how the eagle was the start of the living creatures listed in Revelation 4. Those living creatures mark animal symbols which had power over God's people.(Lion, Calf, Man, Eagle)
The living creatures are connected to the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse from Revelation 6. The eagle is connected to the 4th horsemen which brings death to the world. And as I went over in this video, the eagle symbol represented Rome, Hitler, and is the symbol of the USA which becomes the First Beast of Revelation. The eagle being the symbol that brings death to both of God's witnesses Israel and Christians becomes a key thing to fulfill Revelation 11 and 13.
That is why all this happened under the eagle symbol
The eagle(Rome) soldiers Killed Jesus Christ
The eagle(Rome)Rome Persecuted Christians under Nero(foreshadow of Anti-Christ)
The eagle (Rome)Rome Destroyed the Temple
The eagle(Hitler) persecuted God first witness(Jewish people) fulfilled Revelation 11
The eagle(USA) will persecute God's second witness Christians during end times. fulfilling both Revelation 11 and 13.
The eagle symbol of 105BC is not arbitrary, it fits everything down the line from Daniel 9 and into Revelation. Its the official start of the 4th living creature.

      Your point
"3. Then there's the arbitrary decision is to switch around the 7 and the 62 weeks. I don't see any justification for that. That Darius the Mede was 62 years old is simply not enough for that. It is just picking out a random number that appears in proximity."
It is not just arbitrarily cherry picking a random age in the Bible.
First, the Bible clearly uses the ages of people for studiers of the Bible to piece together timelines. The Book of Genesis clearly tells of peoples ages in order to track things down.
What purpose could you think of for God to inspire Daniel to note Darius' age in Daniel 5?
The is no other reason to mention his age at all except for this very point.
      It is not arbitrary.
When Darius was 62 years old, was at the same time when Cyrus conquered Babylon and took control of God's people.
And when Darius was 62 years old was at the same time the Daniel 9 prophecy was given to Daniel which included a segment of 62 weeks.
This isn't random at all, just clues left by God to connect all these things together. It all happened at the same time.

      your 4th point...
"4. Another problem: it says "the city would be rebuilt with wall and plaza" - but Jerusalem did not have a wall until Nehemia came in 444 BC. At that time, out of your 62 weeks there have already past almost a hundred years."
the Daniel 9 prophecy says this..
      Daniel 9:25
      25 “Know therefore and understand,
That from the going forth of the command
      To restore and build Jerusalem
      Until Messiah the Prince,
      There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks;
The street shall be built again, and the wall,
      Even in troublesome times.
The prophecy start to count when the command was issued.(Cyrus 539BC)
But the last 2 lines about the street and the wall being built only means those would have happened when Messiah the Prince comes(Jesus Christ) after both segments of 7 and 62 weeks are completed.
To understand verse 25, it does say the street and the wall have to be built at the start of the command to rebuild. Its illogical to think the street and the wall would have to be built at the same time of the command. A wall of this size would take some time to complete and it did if you've read Nehemiah. There is no problem with the wall coming during the time of Nehemiah and the command being issued in 539BC.

Also this time was given specifically to the jews to accept the coming of their Messiah, when the end came and they still rejected him Salvation went to the gentiles which you can read about in the book of Acts. 23 At the beginning of your supplications the command went out,
The only command that happened at the time of Daniel's supplications was the command by Cyrus, which was prophesized by Isaiah 150 years earlier. Why would God tell Isaiah to say that if Cyrus was just the first in the long list of commands?
The wall spoken about in Daniel 9 is this...
      Daniel 9:25
      There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks;

For the start of Jesus's ministry, we have to refer to Luke 3:1. It was the 14th year of Tiberias Ceasar. Tiberias took co-reign-ship with his stepfather in 12AD (the declaration of his "co-princeps" took place in the year 12 AD). Co-reignship in the Bible is always considered and counted, study the Books of Kings and Chronicles for that. This makes the start of Jesus's ministry 26AD. Even if you would want to dispute the 2 years of co-reignship, His ministry starts in 28AD, not 30AD. Again, your math does not add up, unless of course you add another gap.

Luke 3:1 is referring to the beginning of John the Baptist's ministry.
      Luke 3:1-2
Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judea, Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, his brother Philip tetrarch of Iturea and the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias tetrarch of Abilene, 2 while Annas and Caiaphas were high priests, the word of God came to John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.
Verse 2 clearly refers to John not Jesus. And we all know that John came to pave the way for Jesus. So Jesus had to come after John.
All historians agree that Tiberius took over as emperor in 14AD.
So the 15th year of Tiberius would be 29AD. That would be the start of John's ministry. (again not Jesus)
If you are proposing the death of Jesus Christ to happen on 30AD, how do get all the Gospels to happen from 29AD to 30AD? The Gospel of John says there are 3 different Passovers and nearly all scholars agree Jesus' ministry last 3 years. 3 different Passovers could not happen from 29AD to 30AD.
This is the most compelling reasons to discount Jesus' ministry starting before at least 29AD. It's most likely 30AD, and lots of scholars agree with the start being 30AD.

Most significant of the three to the prophecy is the final one; the formal decree of Artaxerxes, the date of which (458/457 BC) started the countdown of the 490 years.

Thank you. I remember when I came to Christ, what an exciting time in my life. My life had started anew. So I know what its like to be at your stage, God Bless you Sister.
Now for your question about struggling with a particular sin after coming to Christ. I will confess I still sin even after surrendering my life to Jesus. But only you can answer this, are you trying to change for God? Do you repent for that sin, I mean truly repent? And God will know if you do. For some repenting is a process and not an on/off switch. And only you know in your heart of hearts if you are trying to change for God, or just rationalizing that the sin is okay.
No sin is okay. And God knows in your heart if you are trying to change for Him. He knows that you probably have lived your whole life thinking that sin is okay and your old habits will be hard to break. But if you are truly trying to change for Him, you will receive grace even if your old self pops up occasionally. But if you do commit that sin, then say you're sorry to God and repent and try to find ways to not put yourself in that position again.
I'll give you an example. I had lived my whole life thinking there was nothing wrong with saying OMG or using the name Jesus Christ in vain. It's so embedded in our culture you cannot watch any movie without hearing this phrase. But it's blasphemy to use our Lord's name as some sort of curse word. So instead of using OMG, I've transitioned it to saying OMGoodness. It's taken some time to make that a habit, but it does work if you put your heart into changing.
And only you can answer if you are trying to change for God. Also remember, try to not put yourself in that situation where you would be tempted to commit that sin. @@GabrielEmerald777 Let me know how you arrived from the connection to the angel with a foot on the land and sea and how that equals proof that the 1260 days are 1260 years. There are many different prophecies going on, I'd like to hear how you got that connection to being proof. I personally see the 1260 days in Revelation being the 3.5 years fulfillment of Daniel 9 prophecy.(last half-week)
My thoughts about the different chapters and prophecies in Daniel, would be caution not to mix them up.
The Statue of Daniel 2 is about Kingdoms from the time of the exile on.
I went over that statue in my video about the First Beast of Revelation.
But that is chapter 2, and it should not be confused with the animals representing beasts in Daniel 7. Separate visions, separate Kingdoms. The Great sea that Daniel 7 is speaking about is the great flood of Noah when the world was one great sea. And the Kingdoms of Daniel 7 started after the flood. The first one being the Kingdom of Cush which is better known as the Tower of Babel.
But then Daniel 8 is separate from those other chapters as well. It starts with the Kingdom of Media/Persia, then Greece and goes onto a prophecy about the Anti-Christ and the sanctuary being cleansed.
Yes, the Media/Persia and Greece Kingdoms are represented by both Daniel 2 and Daniel 8. But the prophecies are pointing to similar but slightly different things. Daniel 2 is about the rock of Jesus Christ destroying all the Kingdoms of Satan in the end. While Daniel 8 is about the Anti-Christ killing the people of God and the sanctuary being cleansed in the blood. They do arrive at the same destination, but the focus is on different things. I would keep the prophecies separate and understand them as they are by themselves. Those are my thoughts. God Bless

You have some very unique and perhaps valid points.
However, I have heard from multiple other sources, including Jewish sources that know the Talmud, that the Talmud seems to point towards 30AD as the year Christ likely died. (But I’m no expert).
Also, God likes to use the number 40 for a time of testing and it would make sense to give the Jews 40 years to accept Christ as their Messiah before he destroyed Jerusalem, the Temple and scattered them.

    • @connectingthebible-deeperb5680
      @connectingthebible-deeperb5680  8 місяців тому +3

Here's the most compelling reason why 30AD does not work as the death of Jesus Christ.
We know that John the Baptist preceded the ministry of Jesus Christ. And in Luke 3 it says this:
So John the Baptist began his ministry in the 15th year of Tiberius.
And we can find the reign of Tiberius from several sources.
He ruled from 14AD until 37AD. So if John began his ministry in the 15th year of Tiberius, that places the start of John the Baptist's ministry at 29AD.
And we know Jesus came after John, so that places all of Jesus' ministry between 29AD and 30AD if He were to die in 30AD. That is alot of Gospel in just over a year's time. Not to mention the Gospel of John mentions 3 different Passovers, and most scholars believe that His ministry lasted 3 years.
This is one of the most compelling reasons why I discount the date of Jesus' death in 30AD.

@@connectingthebible-deeperb5680 Your reasoning does seem compelling. I will have to check out the dates. It doesn’t seem to line up with Talmudic writing told to me by other “experts”. As for the 40 years of God testing the Jews to see if they accept Christ as their promised Messiah, I guess you could start from His baptism 30AD to the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple 70AD!?
      Just thinking…
Also, if you know Jonathan Cahn, he predicted that as we approach the Return of Christ, we will repeat the evils poured out on believers like it was done soon after Christ’s death and the church. I don’t know if Cahn believes in a PostTribulation Rapture or not. Jesus always warned us that we would be treated like He was and to “Take up your cross and follow Me.”

I know this will be challenging for most. I still have Jesus being cut off for the sins of mankind, but His sacrificial death is from Verse 27...
As for Cyrus being cut off, you have to read the next lines of verse 26:
      Daniel 9
      26“And after the sixty-two weeks
      The Anointed One shall be cut off, but not for Himself;
And the people of the prince who is to come
Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
The end of it shall be with a flood,
This anointed person(of verse 26) being cut off is to bring the people coming to destroy the city and the sanctuary.(which is clearly Rome)
My interpretation brings Rome into being with its symbol of the eagle.
But the common interpretation has Jesus' death bringing the Roman people. But the Roman people came way before the life and ministry of Jesus. The people 'to come' didn't come at Jesus' death if you have Jesus in verse 26.
It fits, but I know will be hard for many to accept since they've been taught verse 26 is about Jesus. But really verse 27 is actually referring to Jesus.

Good rebuttal but not as great as I expected.
Cyrus issued the very decree of Daniel 9:25. Keep in mind that Daniel’s decree is part of the 70-weeks prophecy, which stipulates that from the “‘the going forth of the command to restore and build Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince, there shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks’” (9:25). This means that there are a total of 69 prophetic weeks from the issuing of the decree to build Jerusalem till the coming of the Messiah. These 69 prophetic weeks amount to 69 x 7 = 483 prophetic days. Using the historicist hermeneutic that employs the year-day principle that a prophetic day is an actual solar year, most Protestants have used since the Reformation to explain the time element in apocalyptic prophecy, we arrive at a period of 483 years from the time of the issuing the decree till the appearance of Jesus Christ as the Messiah. If we accept that the proclamation of Cyrus’ decree took place circa. 537 B.C., we find that the appearance of Jesus Christ as Messiah would be 483 years later, which comes to the year 54 B.C. This is more than 50 years before the birth of Christ. It becomes clear that Cyrus’ decree circa. 537 to build Jerusalem does not qualify to be the decree of Daniel 9:25.

      Daniel 9:27
But in the middle of the week
He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.

The Hebrew for 9:27 says "And he shall _cause to be confirmed_ covenant with regard to _the many_ , one week". This was the covenant of the shedding of his blood for the forgiveness of sins of _the many_ which he had declared at the Last Supper. The choice of wording in the synoptic gospels makes this connection very clear:
Mark 14:24: "He said to them, “This is My blood of the covenant which is poured out _for many_ ."
Luke 22:20 "...“This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you."
Matthew 26:28 "This is My blood of the covenant which is poured out _for many_ for the forgiveness of sins."
In the first 3.5 years, Jesus ministered personally. In the 3.5 years after his crucifixion, his apostles carried on his ministry. Thus he caused his covenant to be confirmed for the seven years.

I am basically a futurist, but does that mean all of Revelation has to be about things after the writing of Revelation? Does all prophecy have to be in the future? Or does it connect past events with future events?
      Read
      Revelation 12:4-5
And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born. 5 She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne.
The woman of Revelation 12 is Israel
      The Dragon is Satan
And the child is clearly Jesus Christ
If John wrote Revelation somewhere from 75-90AD which is the most common date span, this verse in Revelation 12 happened before the writing of Revelation. Here's another one in Revelation 12...
      Revelation 12
13 Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child. 14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.
Again the woman is Israel and the place she was given in the wilderness is the Land of Israel. Which happened before Jesus and the writing of Revelation. We know this is true, note that the woman is given 2 wings of an eagle. That is mention in Daniel 7...
      Daniel 7:2-4
2 Daniel spoke, saying, “I saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the Great Sea. 3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, each different from the other. 4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings. I watched till its wings were plucked off...
The first beast of Daniel 7 has wings of an eagle which are plucked off. That is connecting to Revelation 12 where the same 2 eagle's wings are described. The first beast is the first Kingdom in the Bible which is the Kingdom of Cush the son of Ham at the Tower of Babel. That happened way before Jesus Christ and the writing of Revelation.
So I just gave you 2 examples in Revelation which are about past events that connect to future events.
And more specifically to your comment about Israel being the first witness...
      Read this in Revelation 12
      Revelation 12:17
17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Notice how Satan switches from the woman, Israel, to her offspring, Christians. That is what I am talking about. The dragon persecuted the first witness of God, then turns his attention and attacks the second witness of God Christians. Hope this helps. God Bless

Where does it say in the Bible that God would never say things out of order?
What does the Bible say, it says Jesus spoke in parables in order to disguise the truth.
Also, the Book of Daniel says this...
      Daniel 12:
4 “But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”
Knowledge will increase at the time of the end....How could knowledge increase? Maybe by disguising the truth?
      How about Revelation?
      Revelation 10:7
7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.
The mystery of God would be revealed and finished by the time of the end. Sounds like things will be known more at the end. Connect that to a sure way that Jesus spoke in parables in order to disguise the truth and it sounds like prophesying the weeks in reverse order would be How God would disguise the truth until the end.
I'm sure the weeks of Daniel 9 are not listed in order, because that is how God disguised the truth of the prophecy.
Plus there is no other reason to mention Darius' age in chapter 5 except for this very reason.

It is important to look at the Hebrew to get an accurate translation of this verse. In the KJV, which you are looking it, it is very poorly translated, unfortunately. I say that although my general go-to is the KJV. The Hebrew portion you are quoting, literally translated, for 9:27 says: "...upon/above/over the wing of abominations, he will be desolating..."
In 9:26, the "Prince/prince" (Hebrew word, "nagid", which was used to refer to Messiah the Prince in 9:25) was a double entendre referring at once both to Messiah (metaphysically) and to Titus (physically), who was the son (prince) of the Emperor Vespasian. However, except for the doubled meaning in 9:26, the same "He" is referred to throughout the entire prophecy, which is about Jesus.
He followed through with the warning he gave, "your house is left to you desolate" (Luke 13:35 and Matthew 23:38). God once again used the enemies of his people as a tool to execute punishment upon them for their apostasy, much as he had used the Egyptians and Babylonians in the past.
He spiritually oversaw the invasion of the Roman legions, which were led by Titus, carrying their Aquila standards on poles as they surrounded and entered the city and the sanctuary. This is what the "wing of abominations" referred to: These eagle standards were, in addition to being the insignia of the Roman army at the time, also literally idols to the god Zeus-Jupiter. It was the same god which the Greek Antiochus had made an altar to when he defiled the first temple centuries earlier.

    1. At 1 hour and 42 minutes and 45 seconds you stated that you believe that the Great City of Babylon is earth. Unfortunately, this statement is not correct!
    2. Jerusalem is where Jesus was crucified: "...the great city, which spiritually, is called Sodom and Egypt, where our Lord was crucified" (Rev 11:8).
    3. Jerusalem is also called a harlot: "How is the faithful city become an harlot!" (Isaiah 1:21)
    4. Jerusalem is also called "...the city of the great king" (Mattew 5:35).
    5. "That Great City" is defined as, "the holy Jerusalem" (Rev 21:10).
    6. And the woman (A harlot) was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth Rev 17:4-5) Yup, the woman is a harlot.
    7. The fall of Jerusalem: "Fallen is the great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication" Rev 14:8).
    8. When did Jerusalem fall? History records that Jerusalem was sacked and destroyed by the Romans under the command of Titus in 70 AD.
    9. The Jewish historian Josephus writes: “Caesar ordered that they should now demolish the entire city and temple…but for all the rest of the wall, it was so thoroughly razed to the ground by those that dug it up to the foundation, that there was nothing left to make those that came thither believe it had ever been inhabited.” Thus, the prophecy Christ uttered in Matthew 24:22 that, “There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down,” was fulfilled.
    10. Bottom line: Revelation proves conclusively the Great City of Babylon is not earth, but rather Jerusalem (Rev 21:10).

From Revelation 17 - And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication...
Jerusalem does not sit on many waters.
So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
Jerusalem and Israel were persecuted by the beast, Jerusalem certainly is not riding the beast.
And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
Never has Jerusalem had that kind of influence over the world.
Jerusalem is not Babylon the great.

I will start out by saying that you are in a lot of trouble saying that the fulfillment of everlasting righteousness has not been fulfilled yet that a tribulation period must take place first this is totally false doctrine if that was true Jesus has not entered into the holy place in heaven yet for the sins of the world but in the book of Hebrews we know that Jesus has already gone into the holy place for us to make the Saints that are truly born again complete in Jesus like the Bible says.
    Hebrews 9:24-26
24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:
    25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;
26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
In verse 26 in the King James Version " it says once in the end of the world the phrase " of the world in the Greek translation is the consummation of the Age and its the Greek word aeon or aion which means the Jewish Messianic Age.
This is not referring to the whole world if it was referring to the whole world then the word Kosmos would be there but it's not.
Jesus has already gone into the holy place for the sins of the whole world which makes the scripture in Daniel chapter 9 to be fulfilled
    Daniel 9:24
24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
This all was fulfilled a tribulation period does not determine righteousness because it was a gift from to the Jews first and then to the Gentiles when Cornelius received the Holy Ghost and his entire family .
Also the count down of God's count down to the 70th week prophecy began in 458bc not when Cyrus gave the decree the first initial plan was to rebuild the Temple and the walls of Jerusalem but God's commandments serve precedence over the Temple and the wall and it was reported to Ezra before he left Babylon that the Jews were still being married to foreign women and the Jews had to confess their trespass before God through Ezra and Ezra left Babylon in 458bc to put Gods law back in the land of Israel.
For the Bible says to seek ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all those other things shall be added unto you.
From 458bc to 30ad when Jesus was crucified is 487 years
Jesus was born in 1ad left for Egypt for 3 1/2 years because King Herod was seeking to kill him and Herod dies in 4ad we don't know the exact month of the year that Jesus and his parents left for Egypt and we don't know the exact month that Herod died but Jesus and his parents were in Egypt for 3 1/2 years.
Jesus was baptized in 27ad this was the year his ministry began and crucified in 30ad up to his crucifixion was 487 years in which 3 years remained for the 70th week prophecy to be fulfilled.
But if it was 3 1/2 years then you subtract 6 months from the 487 years
Which leaves 486 years and six months that was fulfilled and that leaves 3 1/2 years that remained after his crucifixion

    Tribulation period !
The Tribulation period for Israel the time of Jacob's troubles in which Israel is the only nation that was identified as Jacob the Tribulation has nothing to do with the entire world.
But it began in 66ad-70ad when the Roman Army destroyed Jerusalem and the temple led by general Titus who sat in the Temple of God showing himself that he is God and Titus was not the Antichrist because Titus never faced Jesus face to face and rejected him it was the Scribes Pharisees and Sadducees and Essenes and Sanhedrin they did not accept Jesus as their Messiah they told Pontius Pilate that we only have Ceasar as our king so Crucify him and let his blood be upon us and our children so there are no Antichrist in the future for Israel
But 70Ad was the beginning of sorrows because the wars commenced in Jerusalem from 115ad through 1967ad the six day war these wars were the great tribulation that Jesus spoke of in Matthew chapter 24 all of these wars in consecutive centuries from 586bc when King Nebuchadnezzar burns down God's Temple and the city to 70Ad then in Masada 73ad and then from 115ad through 1967ad all the way into the 20th century these wars were the great tribulation the time of Jacob's troubles.
And Jesus said after that time of trouble there will be no more No Nor ever shall be.
    Matthew 24:21

People just combined the segments and think that is that, without any thoughts as to why the prophecy was issued with segments of 62 weeks, 7 weeks, and a final week. I addressed your approach in the video and it's lack of determining the significance of the segments. (including overlooking the Daniel 9:23 verse that explicitly says when the command to start the Prophecy was sent out.)
Here's a fatal flaw to just one aspect to your interpretation.
You said Jesus was baptized in 27AD and died in 30AD. That is a popularly held view, so I do not think you are alone in those dates. Those dates just cannot work out at all.
We know from Luke's Gospel it notes this time...
The word of the Lord came to John the Baptist in the 15th year in the reign of Tiberius.
We also know that Tiberius' reign started in 14AD.
So the Word of the Lord had to have come to John in 29AD.(14AD+15 years)
And we know John's whole purpose was to pave the way for Jesus. John's ministry came first.
So the ministry of Jesus Christ could not have started in 27AD as you claim. These are all verifiable facts.
Now you have to re-look at the rest of your timeline, it simply doesn't work. Including overlooking Daniel 9:23 which says when the command to start the Prophecy was issued.

Earth is a sphere orbiting the sun. It is tilted ,this causes the seasons. The moon orbits the earth and causes ocean tides. The earth is just the perfect distance from the son. To close all water will turn to steam to far away all h20 will freeze. This is Gods creation praise God. At the time of the book of Enoch they interpreted what they could see and observe. They got it wrong. The earth and son and moon are all circles and globes. They all move about in space,it is wonderful that we have our life on earth with so much life and so sad the man has in some cases no gratitued.

That's a rather interesting notion from a sn containing the word 'alien'. Not so much biblical mention of aliens. No surprise really, especially since the first 4 letters of the word in the exact order produce the phrase 'a lie'.
World seems a slightly better term than globe, but even world hides an implied spinning, world/whirled.
I prefer the term 'realm', or to simply call it earth. Earth is an interesting word. An anagram for 'heart', and it starts with the word 'ear' AND contains the letters necessary for the word 'hear'. Seems that the lesson of listening to one's heart is built right into the word.

@@VeritasAequitas31415 Fascinating when you use ‘alien’ to attack my argument (ad hominem) and conveniently ignoring the definition defined by Unabridged Dictionary Webster 1811. 😂. You all professed to believe the Bible but used false science to disprove it. Who are you calling lier?. Jesus Christ is the Truth! Not Galileo Galilee, not Giordano Bruno, not Nicholas Copernicus, not Isaac Newton, etc. We live in a perfect watch, created by Almighty God. Earth is immovable. Read your Bible! …and we didn’t went to the moon cause it is a plasma light, not a rock that happens accidentally to be ‘perfectly round’. It is a wicked world, you still under the veil, but God bless you!

Very interesting but not that impressed. Sorry. Sad that he doesn't take the book of Revelation in context. The Believers in Jesus in Revelation chapter 12 are the 144,000 Jews who became Believers in Jesus when they saw him return at the 6th seal. They were sealed in their forehead in chapter 7 and redeemed physically from the earth in chapter 14. Jesus was the first fruits of a harvest which is the true church. Not followers of divided up world religion that uses his name. 144000 are the first fruits of the last harvest. They will be 144,000 Paul the Apostle types. Many of them I'm sure were anti-christian before Jesus revealed himself to them at his return. there are symbolically two three and a half year periods mentioned in the book of Revelation and they're not the same . The first three and a half years are the trumpet judgements. 144000 will be taken away after that & Gods wrath will not be poured out with measure anymore. The Bowl Judgements are without measure. I am taking the scriptures holistically. The world religion is fragmented because their teachings are fragmented.

What tells us that there are two separate 3.5-year periods in Revelation?

@@Lamarck922 we? Can't you think for yourself? I don't belong to any group except the body of christ. Jesus would not speak until he heard from the father. He didn't listen to Theologians. The pharisee, herodians and sadducess weren't impressed with Jesus because they already made up their own mind they were going to follow man. Read acts 21 and see that the confessing Believers in Jesus wanted to kill Paul the apostle for teaching the truth. You cannot follow men and follow Christ. I got a revelation for your friend I don't teach theology. No one has authority from God to teach theology. If I'm wrong prove it to me by scripture which you claim to believe. The Old testament was written under the old covenant. The gospels show how Jesus brought us a better way through his death on the cross. All of the writings after that give testimony to that sacrifice of Jesus showing we are under the New covenant a blood covenant .Well true Believers are. They are led by the holy spirit. Spirit of truth that Jesus left with true Believers to lead them into all truth. That's the definition of Jesus gave of the holy Spirit now if you think some leader has a better definition I would love to hear why Jesus is wrong. If Jesus stated that a House divided cannot stand why would anyone believe that the body of Christ is made up of thousands of divisions? Countless millions on the narrow path????

The seventy weeks are seven hundred years, plus one more century.
Which is refered to as the beast that once was .. is not .. yet is. He is of the seven, and goes into perdition. The century we just came out of completes the eight hundred years known as, the time of the gentiles. From 1244 to 1944. The time of the gentiles is fulfilled. Now we are in the time of the gentiles judgement.
