I did the Angel's Landing Hike some years ago and was blown away by it. I found it strangely unadvertised for, given it being so spectacular. The only bad thing was that my girlfriend had to stop halfway and wait for me, since not only the height is demanding, but you also have to have quite large steps in certain parts to master it. Anyways: definitely an astonishing experience!
My brother and I did it when i was ~14 and he was about 17 and it’s still my screen saver of him doing the lion king hold off of the cliff. truly one of my favorite places ever
Just found your videos. I'm learning about so many places. Thank you so much for these. Here's a few spots in the US to check out if you haven't - Sky City, NM - oldest continually lived in community in North America - on the Acoma Pueblo. Apostle Islands in Wisconsin - great spot to go boating and see the stunning watery cave formations. Also in Wisconsin is the Wisconsin Dells - ignore the tourist stuff and take the boat tour and walk through Witches Gulch. The sandstone bluffs along the river are beautiful. Boundary Waters in Minnesota - take a few days portaging here. Enjoy the beauty, peacefulness... and the bugs. Next is Mount Shasta in Northern California - 14,000+ - what sets it apart is that it stands apart from the ranges to the west. Like the Lonely Mountain of Middle Earth.
Must visit the Olympic Peninsula in Washington - in particular the northwest point of the continental US - Cape Flattery on the Makah Reservation. The hike there through the rain forest is just so green and lush.
Nice video and a lot of great places to visit. You did however forget Pennsylvania. I don't think folks give this state enough credit. Some amazing places to discover in this very beautiful state. Check it out.
Another great video of you Ryan! Sooo many amazing and dreamy places in USA that I want to see live! Thank you Ryan for showing me your beautiful country 😊 Take care!
Loved it! As a Native Washingtonian, I may be biased but I think you should've inluded Olympic National Park and the San Juan Islands as well, but I know you only have a limited amount of places you can add. If you've never been to either of those places, I'd definitely reccomend them, especially with how much you love the oregon coast! Awesome video though!
Thanks Ben! Ah I was going to put in Ruby beach and lake crescent 🤦🏼♂️ and I really need to visit San Juan islands next time I’m up there. What part of Washington are you from?
@@RyanShirley Yes, the San Juan’s are incredible! Especially in the summer. I’m from a town called Edmonds, about 20 miles north of Seattle along the Puget Sound
You forgot the Thousand Islands, between Upstate New York and Ontario, in the Saint-Lawrence River, some islands have castles, it's a boater's paradise, my definition of paradise actually!
It’s true! If you look around the world around us it’s sad how lazy and limited people have become! I’m in love with travel! Going to at least accomplish half of these amazing destinations! A wise man once said: if your dreams don’t scare you, it’s too small. CHASE THE LION!

Nice video, glad you caught some of the lesser-known places out of Utah (very underrated state for natural beauty). I wish you had given Appalachia a bit of attention, especially the New River Gorge, Blue Ridge Mountains, and the Appalachian Trail. Also: • Tahquamenon Falls, Michigan • Mammoth Cave, or pretty much any of the publicly-open limestone caverns in the Kentucky/Ohio area • Samoan Islands (or probably most of the US Southern Pacific territories) • And if you don't mind stepping down to a state park system, the Hocking Hills area of Ohio-even though it's small enough that you can see it all in a day, it's good enough that you want to see almost all of it.

It's gorgeous!) 6- Joshua Tree National Park (a super unique environment for sure!) 7- Sequoia National Park (go to Mineral King Valley and stay in Silver City) 8- Apostle Islands National Lakeshore (go in late summer) 9- Asheville, North Carolina (extremely cool arts/music town deep in the mountains) 10- The Lost Coast (the most underrated, under-known wilderness coast in remote California)
the NaPali coast is probably my favorite place in the US. I really think it is the prettiest. Also, thank you for mentioning the Great Lakes. They are truly special.

@@RyanShirley I loved my time in China I spent eight years living in Guangzhou, the third biggest city near Hong Kong. I think I enjoyed China a lot because everything was new to me. Was such an adventure. Everyday was a wild ride. jaja. It was stunning locations, mountains and villages that I've never heard of before. So, it was really surprising. I've been watching your videos on UA-cam for a few hours now while chilling at home on a chill Saturday. Was my first week of teaching so i'm exhausted jaja so watching your videos is making me antsy to buy a plane ticket and go somewhere!
Annapolis is the Capital of Maryland not Baltimore but Baltimore is the largest city though. Very informative video and will be visiting Catalina Island to see the Apple Catalina Image up and close.
One Of The Finest Tour Of USA....THANKS.
Thanks so much Kiran!
wow, amazing, pls cover every visited country with 100 places ❤️❤️😍
That's the goal! I think i want to do Italy next :)
Did not know USA is such a huge and beautiful! fantastic video
Such a beautiful and giant country!
@@marcusrichards6117 :)
I used to hike a lot so I thought that trail looked amazing. Rock trails are nice sometimes.
Good
Hey Ryan! honestly you are very underrated, you deserve millions of subscribers.
Ah thanks so much Mahram! Hopefully one day well get there :)
We are very excited and really like your creative ideas, made it enjoyable to watch and keep watching, hope you continue this great idea forever.
Nice video and a lot of great places to visit. You did however forget Pennsylvania. I don't think folks give this state enough credit. Some amazing places to discover in this very beautiful state. Check it out.
I definitely should have included it! Any places you recommend?
👆Wow Congratulations🎊🎊

Another great video of you Ryan! Sooo many amazing and dreamy places in USA that I want to see live! Thank you Ryan for showing me your beautiful country 😊 Take care!
Thanks so much Dina!
Good
One of the best videos on UA-cam ever in my opinion. Thank you for all these impressions.💯🤗😍
Thanks so much Robinho! I’m honored you think that 😊
I totally agree. Olympic NP is awesome
There are too many places in Washington State to mention them all. Don't tell anyone, they might move here.
Yeah, should have skipped Puerto Rico, which is not part of the USA.
Thank you for sharing all this footage. Great vid!
Of course! I’m just glad you watched 😁
You forgot the Thousand Islands, between Upstate New York and Ontario, in the Saint-Lawrence River, some islands have castles, it's a boater's paradise, my definition of paradise actually!
Ah Dang, I should have included them! They look incredible!
Don't need Thousand Island on a bucket list dude, you can make that stuff at home. Just ketchup and mayo Dave.
You not only show us the beauty you educate us with interesting information about each state.
Thanks so much Karmen! I try to share the most interesting facts ☺️
99% of Americans won’t see half of this list in their lifetime.
It’s true! If you look around the world around us it’s sad how lazy and limited people have become! I’m in love with travel! Going to at least accomplish half of these amazing destinations! A wise man once said: if your dreams don’t scare you, it’s too small. CHASE THE LION!
You don’t know that.
So sad😢
This video is perfect! Hits all of the major spots worth your time. Beautiful shots.
Thanks so much friend :)
Bro you look like ron weasley from Harry Potter 😂😂 LOL you should do a QNA Video 😜 by the way amazing video ❤❤❤
Haha we do look similiar! 🧙
@@RyanShirley how are you so nice?
Wow I have been to 21 of the best 100 sites to visit in USA. Planning our next vacation I can easily add another 20 sites. Thanks for sharing. Great job to highlight the best of USA
Wow your well traveled! Where was your favorite?
Only good vibes in the USA 😍🇺🇸
This is amazing places all over the USA. It just so memorable when you visit those places.
Thanks so much Alina, really is a memorable country!
Nice video, glad you caught some of the lesser-known places out of Utah (very underrated state for natural beauty). I wish you had given Appalachia a bit of attention, especially the New River Gorge, Blue Ridge Mountains, and the Appalachian Trail. Also:
• Tahquamenon Falls, Michigan
• Mammoth Cave, or pretty much any of the publicly-open limestone caverns in the Kentucky/Ohio area
• Samoan Islands (or probably most of the US Southern Pacific territories)
• And if you don't mind stepping down to a state park system, the Hocking Hills area of Ohio-even though it's small enough that you can see it all in a day, it's good enough that you want to see almost all of it.
Don’t forget our territories they’re way too beautiful
Mr Ryan!! You videos are really amazing👏🏻👏🏻👍👍 Bravo🙌🏻
Thanks so much Medina! Is there any place or country you’d like me to make a video on?
@@RyanShirley there is Mr. Ryan!! Take my country Algerian , I would be vey happy👏🏻
All your videos are very nice I watch them with pleasure I would like to see the white sea coast and the red sea!
9:25 Baltimore is not the capital of of Maryland, its Annapolis my friend 😊
Nonetheless my biggest dream is to travel from East Coast to West Coast across the states from NYC to California to Hawaii and Alaska. Your Videos are pretty cool and inspiring.
Greetings from Germany 😎
Ah thanks for the correction! Can’t believe I messed that up 🤦🏼♂️😅can’t wait for you to travel across the states 🇺🇸
That’s a lot of traveling.
It's been a while😫😫we wanna see you your videos are the best😍😍😍
Thanks Azucena! Sorry its been so long, more videos on their way :)
Great Video! Let me mention a few overlooked and underrated gems not on your list....
1- Charleston, South Carolina (go in the spring or fall)
2- Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (go in the summer or fall and check out Mt. Washington)
3- North Cascades National Park (hike the Sahale Arm Trail in late summer)
4- New River Gorge National Park (kayak or whitewater raft the New River in the fall)
5- San Diego, California (how could you leave off San Diego?!?! It's gorgeous!)
6- Joshua Tree National Park (a super unique environment for sure!)
7- Sequoia National Park (go to Mineral King Valley and stay in Silver City)
8- Apostle Islands National Lakeshore (go in late summer)
9- Asheville, North Carolina (extremely cool arts/music town deep in the mountains)
10- The Lost Coast (the most underrated, under-known wilderness coast in remote California)
All incredible places :)
the NaPali coast is probably my favorite place in the US. I really think it is the prettiest. Also, thank you for mentioning the Great Lakes. They are truly special.
Hard to beat Napali!! And gotta love the Great Lakes too
I never thought that USA has as much European-like areas as Europe itself
They really do, especially on the east coast. All the best mate! :)
Man, this music is perfect for this. Honestly makes these videos a 10/10
I'm stoked you liked the music! It's always hard for me to decide lol
Drinking challenge:
Take a shot every time he says, "One of the most beautiful -".
Haha you’ll be very drunk 😅
Cheers 🍻
Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota are my favorite places. Magical area.
All amazing states!
Beautiful! (Minor corrections: Annapolis, not Baltimore, is the capital of Maryland and Santa Fe, not Albuquerque, is the capital of New Mexico.)
Ah frick, can't believe I messed those up! Thanks for the corrections! :)
@@RyanShirley Don't worry; you don't need to start over :) I once did an analysis that showed that 37 American states have a capital city and a largest city that are two different cities (such as Olympia and Seattle, Washington).
@@jps0117 Yes I have seen Tallahassee, the "capital" of Florida. I believe they took small boring towns so the politicians aren't distracted from anything that might be fun, so they can do their job better.
@@UlliStein Ha, maybe. I think it's more because, as states evolved, other places grew faster than the capital city. Maybe you could research that :)
@@jps0117 OK that also might explain it.
Wow.. This video is absolutely amazing! Great presentation. Breathtaking sceneries. 😍👍
