I think it would be cool if you bought tiny fragrance sample containers and spray a few sprays of the perfumes you want to declutter in the sample containers before you get rid of them. That way you can go back and reference those perfumes but you don't have to keep the whole perfume bottle to do so. Just an idea I had while binging your declutters. ❤

I love me some vanilla woods, but it’s similar to a lot of fragrances. It’s very close to mod vanilla & Cheirosa 40, but I prefer vanilla woods over those 2. It’s also gives a La Belle vibe because of the delicious pear & vanilla combo. And if I recall, you have all of those fragrances so I can see why you might not have a need for it.
A lot of these declutter videos inspire me. It’s so hard getting rid of fragrances, but I’m doing it little by little. I definitely want to have fragrances that I actually use, but so many fragrances get better after a year so I don’t want to get rid of something prematurely. As much as I admire people’s scent closets I don’t want that many fragrances. I’m trying to work on my hoarder issues and become more of a minimalist. 😬

I agree with the chocolate. I just bought it and it lasts 5 seconds and the chocolate is way too bitter for my taste and kind of soapy. I didn't get the powdery - I got a very harsh soapy scent and very bitter chocolate.
If your moving somewhere where there is winter you may want to rethink some of these.😊

I live in Alabama. It's pretty hot here too. The twist is most of the perfumes I love are heavy, spicy scents. I'm trying to find summer fragrances, when they're my least favorite type 😫

I totally get what you're doing with your collection. I'm moving as well in six months, and I'm doing the exact same thing with my collection to turn it into the perfection collection for me. I'm using up/getting rid of things that I don't like/don't love and I'm still buying things to see if I love them and want them in my collection. At first, I was all about collecting everything, but now I realize that it was a waste of money, space, and time (for me). I only want things that I absolutely love in my collection so I'll be able to enjoy everything.
Have you ever done a tattoo tour? I think that would be really interesting to watch, I've always thought your tattoos are super cool but still classy
I will do one once i’m doing getting tattoos for a while, i still have a couple more planned in the next few months🫢
My husband and I have been sick a day of two after Christmas since 2019!! Every dang year! We are right there with you and tired of it. Don’t know if it’s Covid or the flu we haven’t tested. I think it’s because we are home bodies!! Get well soon!!

I did travel with 80 perfumes from China to Morocco and around 100 from Morocco to the Uk and now I am going back home with over 150 but I think this gonna be the last time I travel with my collection

That being said, I'm curious if you have ever bought any Oakcha perfumes? I just placed a large order based on reviews and I am nervous and excited to get it..
I moved to my new house and got 2 spinning treys for my fragrances. I told myself I could only keep what fits on there!
So I went from like 35 fragrances to 20 and I'm realy happy with it :) I have to use one up to make room for something new.
It’s so interesting how our senses work cause I don’t like Bomshell either but I also now don’t like MAC’s Turqatic or however it’s spelled cause it reminds me of Bombshell 🤣 But I know you love that scent!

I'm decluttering Vanilla Woods as well. It turns way too smoky on my skin and I end up smelling like a cigarette

I did realize it has a strong similarity to the Estee Lauder Aerin Rose de Grasse Joyful Bloom. But my nose is so screwy after the last few years' worth of pandemics who knows😂

I wonder if Zara has changed their Femme fragrance - I recently purchased a small bottle, and it does not smell at all like Hypnotic Poison and definitely doesn't have a nutty cookie kind of smell. Instead, it has a much more floral smell to it. Can anyone else comment on this? So strange that Zara would totally change the notes!
No, Femme/Zara is a feminine, floral, slightly powdery amd vanilly fragrance to me. Not getting any HP vibes as well, although maybe in the same family. It's a fine fragrance.
Zara's dupe of HP is: Hypnotic Vanilla. And it's really hitting it. 👌

the thank u next body mist is soooo much nicer than the perfume imo it's not as sharp but it lasts on me like a perfume and doesn't have that pickle note to me
Hmmm, I have the body mist and have been looking at the perfume, should I not get it? I don't really get the 'pickle' smell
@@amayah209 up to you it's sharper to my nose whereas the mist has more of the macaron coconuty scent

Moncler Pour Femme is like a minty version of Hypnotic Poison, it has a snow note. It lasts all day long, and the 5oz bottle is very kitschy, gaudy, and unique.

I recently smelt thank you next for the first time and to me it smells only like marshmallows, pure marshmallow, not my scent cuz I'm not into gourmands but it surprises me that people say it smells like pickle?? 😅😂

You kind of contradict yourself in the explanation on the "why's" you declutter, but you said it best, you know what you're doing. If you curate your collection to perfection, how are you going to downsize from 150 to a 100. You do know you can take all your fragrances in your move, right? I am a military wife and I've moved from Hawaii to Texas with alllll my perfumes. Everything was fine.
