It’s interesting viewing this in hindsight of WWII, given how it reflects the anti-war sentiment in the USA at the time - before the camel’s back was broken by the straw that was Pearl Harbor.

This was one of the cartoons that it was shown on “Totally Tooned In”, but I’m not sure that the series is on UA-cam.
