Stan, it so rare these days not only to see the boss working a job, but to see such happy employees working together. It's very apparent you value your emoloyees. You have certainly found the key to retention. Job well done. 👍
Very clean with and camera shooting. Thanks for all your videos. Took on a big project withoutever knowing truly how many complications could happen if any steps are missed or corners cut. Hence me finding your videos and thoroughly watching them.
My son (2 almost 3) and I love your videos. We look forward to them and watch over and over. This one was especially great. My wife keeps saying she wishes there was a company like yours near us. Keep up the good work! Oh and ps. Thanks for keeping the language clean too!

Nope- he did all the grading and the rest of the site. But when Tim and I are on site we take over-not to be mean but becaua we just both LOVE running equipment. Then when we go he does the rest.

Ya, I’m confused about the logic here- it is not a Roman ruin. that is hardly even a retaining wall in terms of the height of the block, and it could be restacked in no time if something where to happen. I do understand that there are some contractors that would make it look like they let off a nuclear bomb if you told them not to worry about some incidental damage, so maybe more about establishing boundaries.
I can't believe a customer made that kind of request.. That's really pushing it. .. It seems "naggingingly specific"... Like they want you to screw up so they can get something out of you. The reason I say that, is just because .. when the ground has settled & has been packed down.. things don't come apart nice and easy.. you get chunks.. (depending on the soil make up) But, that being said, I was glad to see it worked out. I wonder why he doesn't use "dump trailers"? ... seems like it would work as good as a huge dump truck. Wouldn't have as high a wall to get over to dump brush or refuse..
Because dump trailers cost nearly 10 grand for a decent one and you can't carry nearly as much so you have to dump constantly. Plus dump trailers suck because they don't dump on a pile high enough so you get a long trail left when you dump.
@@MRSketch09 yeah, and those dump trucks are almost 20-40 grand, so it makes more sense to buy a dump truck that can haul 4 or 5 times what a dump trailer can haul.
Never had an issue with any of your videos in the past but the audio in this one seems off. Maybe it's just me but the beeper on the machine was so loud I had to turn the volume down so low I couldn't hear the voice over. In the end, I blame my wife for having the nerve to work from home while I'm trying to relax and enjoy my evening.
Around where I live we have floating soil so the pools are all cement it's weird to see all these liner pools they would just get crushed in the wrong areas.
Those doors break so easily doin demo! All the skiddy operators i work with have smashed theirs tryin to be lazy and move lumber and it would ricochet back up lol.. so we take our doors off the case skiddies till plow season 😅
I cant believe they would put their profit margin on the line just to save a few minutes carrying out broken up concrete. If they had just taken a sledge to the deck near the retaining wall they would not have had to worry. Yes small chunks of concrete are a pain but if it saves you from repairing something you did not need to repair it is worth it.
If companies fired employees for every mistake they make the would never keep an employee very long. Mistakes do cost money but are usually way cheaper than hiring new people that you have to train.

Save the 12$ retaining wall, but worry about the 12k to remove the pool

The handle looking thing on the boom is to safely run your hydraulic hoses out of the way.

I just learn on how to operate skid loader but the one I was in is the ASV RT-30 get little machine to get the job done ✅

Stanley what is the best rubber track you recommend for dirt and mud and snow ?
At 11:52 Alex looks like he's not moving his legs when compacts the top soil 😂🤣

Still enjoying these. Any chance of another, "Contractor Talk" video?
Yep-
What happens with the safe in the hoarder barn???
We havent opened it yet-stay tuned though.

how much did this entire project roughy cost?
Wonder how much that was
4:54 Why parking the truck on the other side of the road?
Nice video !

Why did you use corrugated pipe instead of hard plastic drain pipe?

not to get off subject but are you buying any new equipment for the upcoming winter
yep- a new truck and new plow.

Hey D,Monkey i can't find that attachment can you give some info please. Thanks
So google up The Beak skid steer atachment its by Daniel Mfg 309 963 4227 that easy!
Why do you demo so many pools ? Is it because of the weather
Demolish, establish, maintain. Repeat.
You love trying to make what your working out sound so much more difficult then it really is 😂 guess that makes you feel good
You literally have no idea what your talking about
Ever thought of painting eyes and nostrils on that beak?
Why is the asv the only machine with a door still on it

Probably not for insurance and bonding purposes

need a jack hammer for the asv
If your guy would of just pulled each slab from the middle you wouldn’t have it turning and binding up
I didn't see any rebar.

The only thing you should do is make a few things
I swear this is a old video, maybe its a new video cut from a old job?
It's a continuation from a video a few days ago so maybe the job site looks familiar to you and you just think it's an old video.
