Beautiful! I was set on getting the Omega Vibe, but after seeing and hearing the expression you can achieve with the Love Vibe here, I'm not so sure! How do you like the manual 'vibrato' pedal with this instrument compared to automatic motorized vibrato?
sorry for this late reply. I was a Gary Burton disciple so I never used motorized vibrato. Didn’t like the same speed sound it offered. Then I walked up to the Malletech booth at PASIC 2008 and played on the 1st LoveVibe prototype and was sold on this controllable effect ( it didn’t hurt that Malletech signed me to a contract right after that weekend. haha) It offers a lot more expression including crescendo on chords and such. It does have a learning curve, however, but I like that fact. It’s a new instrument because of how you have to think in a different way during the pedaling process. Have you heard my other UA-cam cuts? ua-cam.com/video/MVfJW0lqaqY/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/7hBEh1KkpEY/v-deo.html. I'll be releasing a solo cd with the LoveVibe hopefully by summer.
