Made this for mother's day, it was the inner frosting layers of a JFK wedding cake clone. So good. Followed the video exactly and it turned perfect. Lovely raspberry flavor in a light buttery cream frosting. So good!

Good Morning, Dalila!! It always brightens my day to see you in the comment section!! I'm so glad you enjoy this series! :) I wanted to share the basics I use over and over again instead of refilming them every time! And I'm always so happy to hear that you and your friends enjoy my desserts! Please pass along my warm regards to them next time you have them over for dessert or dinner! :) Thank you! I've been going to the same nail person for almost 5 years now and she never disappoints! :) Have a wonderful day! :)
Good Morning, Thank You for the Two Tips. Reason to keep your Confectionery Sugar in an Airtight Bag. I always have but you make sense. And, adding the Raspberry Jam at the end. Good Recipe for my Valentines 💖 Cupcakes 🧁 God Bless.
Makes it look so easy & explains things so well. I’m sure it if delicious.... Yummy!!! Such a pretty color & cupcakes or cakes... anything with Buttercream makes it better
I just made this, although I haven't added the jam yet since I'm storing it in the refrigerator to use tomorrow, and might need to remix it when I take it out. I don't have a stand mixer, and found this recipe very difficult to do with a hand mixer. I feel like it would be a lot easier if I had a stand mixer. Tasted it without the jam, and it tastes great so far!
Hi Tatyana... I’ve been having iPhone trouble & can’t seem to get help from the Company or local store for the problem. I still haven’t figured the problem out, but have missed you as you apparently posted this 5 days ago! It’s very nice to see your refreshing face & smile again, so without further Ado, I will now enjoy watching their recipe & your others, to get caught up!
Hi! I’m thinking of using this recipe for an upcoming cake but was wondering if I should half the recipe if I’m just using it to frost the outside of a 3 layer, 8 inch cake. I’ll be using a different filling and only need this buttercream to frost the outside. Should/could I half or reduce this recipe? Thanks!!
May I ask what the raspberry emulsion is there for? I use the flavor oils to enhance my fruity baked goods and am just curious, because you didn't use it in the video. Thanks :)
It's a type of colored and thickened extract. You can use either an extract and food coloring, or just the emulsion. I buy my emulsions on Amazon by the brand Lorann Oils :)
Hi! Yes, this should cover a cake of that size. If you like to have a lot of buttercream on your cakes, I would make 1 1/2 portions of the recipe. Enjoy!
Hi tatyana , does it matter which kind of butter ? If yes please tell me which kind is good , what ever I use it comes out abit salty , I bough I always take unsalted one
This recipe should be just about perfect for 30 cupcakes. If you like to have A LOT of frosting, then I recommend making 1 1/2 portions of the recipe. Enjoy!
9/1/22: Hi Tatyanas. I want to make this, this coming Saturday but was wondering if I can pipe some cream into the center of muffins? Please let me know if you get this message in time. Thank you. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe -- WHOO-HOO!!
@@TatyanasEverydayFood i did learn how to make black currant mousseline for eclairs at baking school. just as good (pastry cream and buttercream mixed together
Yes! :) Just keep it covered and refrigerated. I usually take it out of the fridge about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs before I need it so it can soften at room temp.

It's very delicious! :) This is a standard buttercream frosting. Just make sure to whip the butter until it's super light and fluffy. This will help get rid of the buttery flavor/texture
Atlast I found a cake frosting with real fruit ingredient not just food coloring only. Thank you so much for your great recipe 😍😍
My pleasure 😊 I love this frosting! The flavor is so good!

Can I use the Buttercream frosting on top of the Icecream cake or should I use the whipped cream frosting on top of the Icecream cake? Thanks
You can use this one, too! Traditionally, ice cream cakes are made with whipped cream but it's really a personal preference :)
Wow thank you so much this video helps me A LOT

Would this method work with meringue buttercream? Thanks
Yes! You can add the raspberry sauce at the very end, once the buttercream is done :)

It won't be quite the same with raspberry jam but it will work :)

Hi tatyana , does it matter which kind of butter ? If yes please tell me which kind is good , what ever I use it comes out abit salty , I bough I always take unsalted one
Hi! I always use unsalted butter. Regular, non-organic unsalted butter works the best. Try not to get anything too fancy!
Making this today thank you !!! 🙂
You’re welcome 😊 Enjoy!
Hi!
how many packs of butter do i need for 30 cupcakes?
This recipe should be just about perfect for 30 cupcakes. If you like to have A LOT of frosting, then I recommend making 1 1/2 portions of the recipe. Enjoy!
that Raspberry Buttercream looks super delicious tatyana :)
Thank you! :) One of the most delicious frostings for sure!

Will the taste be the same using tinned raspberries instead of fresh ?
You can absolutely use tinned raspberries, too!
Delicious 😋
Thank you 😋
Can I use raspberry preserve n if I can how much do I use?
Hi! Yes, you can use raspberry jam in a pinch. I recommend using about 1/4 cup

So delicious :) 🌺

That's a really cool recipe!
Thank you 😋
How do you avoid air bubbles using the whisk attachment?
You can flatten any resulting air pockets with a spatula before using the frosting.
I made it and turned out perfect. Thank you so much seriously. I was wondering if I could use less butter maybe 1-2 sticks less.
if the principles are the same,i might try but with black currant/cassis. the color should be a beautiful deep purple
That would be so delicious!! :) I love black currants!

Can't wait to make it 👌❤
You're going to love it!! :)
You should be a model ☺️
Very nice video ❤️ I wanted to ask if I could replace the white chocolate with something else instead 😊 bc I don’t like chocolate 🥲
Hmm, I don't have white chocolate in this recipe...
can we just use raspberry jam???
Sure! I recommend using a seedless jam if you can find it. The raspberry sauce will have more flavor and more tartness.
Yummy💕💕
Thank you 😋

Why are the yummiest things always fattening?
Haha, right?! Spinach should be the most fattening!
Berry nice. Hello beautiful.
Thank you 🤗
😋😋😋😘
Why do people not use grams or oz it’s cup measurement every where.
All my recipes have metric measurements on the website. Just head down to the recipe card and hit the 'metric' button :)
Try to replace the butter with mascarpone. It's better that way.
Although I love mascarpone, the texture would be completely different and it wouldn't hold it's shape the same way :)
you do not add the citric acid in the video that you list in the ingredients-what happened v?
It's an optional ingredient if you want the frosting to be more tart.
Dang, thats a lot of butter... but it looks so good. 🙁
It's very delicious! :) This is a standard buttercream frosting. Just make sure to whip the butter until it's super light and fluffy. This will help get rid of the buttery flavor/texture
I plan to make a janky version from store-bought frosting and store jam *mwuahahahahahaaaaa*
That will work, too!
you added color too
Yes, just a few drops of food coloring is all you need :)
Lol that’s not a simmer that’s a rapid boil.
Не тараторь!
