Would you please make a video on how to remove the lower materials? Also is the frame water washable? Can I wash the stroller and then damp it dry quickly after washing? Recently purchased a used one with much lower price but the stroller is not very clean. Thank you in advance!

Hi, I’m trying to pull the back strap right out as you did, but mine is really stuck inside. Did you just pull it out or needed to push some button or did anything else? I’m afraid of breaking it if I use too much force.
If you mean pulling it out of the fabric, it should come right out, check if it's caught inside the sleeve. :).

Саша С Hi, I just pull it harder and it got out.
Spent an hour with this same problem! If anyone else has it, I can confirm, just pull really hard (I used my foot as a brace) and it did eventually pop out.
Pull hard. Don’t be afraid to break it. It will come off.
How do you remove the lower material please

I have the new Vista V2 but my back strap will not pull out. I’ve tried both sides and it seems to be glued on tight. Do you have any ideas on how I can remove the back strap?

Do you have a video to take off the bottom section
I have the 2020 Vista 2 Cruise and I feel that the styrofoam on the upper part of the bassinet is too fragile it's the part that can be zipped off. Anyways I washed it mine and in the very corner it's somehow started breaking like in crumbs. I also did not put it in the dryer
