Wow...thought it was a goner!! Atv's are some tough machines!!!
Dog had a blast.
Yeah
Thats awesome i own an Artic cat 500 4x4 2004.
Great job riding and getting her through
I have a 04 Arctic Cat 500 and just finished the rad relocate
Snorkels are next
Thank, I have another video on my channel with the taller snorkels and my radiator relocate, as well as my new tires on it if you want some inspiration. I love these older cats
Awesome I will check out your other video
Thanks
If you want check out some of my videos and you can see what I put my old cat through
When your tire and wheel combo is worth more than your atv😂
Wouldn't trade it for a new one. It has 30" STI Outback Max's on it now.
Think I can make a puddle jumper out of my 300 lol. I have the same bike and it's been under water and hydrolock the half-dozen times and it still runs fine.
What da dog doin
Awesome video keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
can you do a video of the snorkle run down to the airbox
I love the dog
Wheres the doggie snorkel @ ?
Could you possibly make a video of the snorkle run up
when the atv shuts off under water do not start it when the snorkels are in the water because its sucking up water into the engine.
Colton Cruz well duh
I have 2015 arctic cat 500 4x4 automatic, any idea how to s nokel it the way u did !😎I made one way for air intake but the clutch snorkels were just burn belts like crazy !!!..so I need fine new way to do it
I need to know how to do this I ride a 2003 Arctic cat 500 and want to snorkel it
Ride um deep sell um cheap
how did you snorkel yours because I want to do mine but I don't know how
Get you some 30" silverbacks
just gonna sinnk it!!
surprised he didn't throw a piston. lol keep going. going to have to do a rebuild in no time lol
That's okay, you can drive around the water holes with the girls
someguy325es lol funny guy.
AnotherSoulja it will eventually be junk but I knew that going into building it. It's been hydrolocked twice and now has much taller snorkels
someguy325es listen here bud. no need to cry like a little school girl. Was simply saying with your quad stalling in the water like that your motor will be fill with it coming back from the exhaust. But the funny thing is. I wasn't insulting you. This guy knows how to ride. even with your short little girl snorkel lmfao. check it out. floating water wheelies. You decide haha might have to swamped my quad to make a vid to should you how to de-swamp it
AnotherSoulja I change the oil if it sucks water. Snorkels are illegal in Minnesota so I had the short ones so I could hide them with stuff on the rack. They go back above the handle bars now
I have a 2003 arctic cat 300, the manual one. How do I snorkel it, what needs to be raised and how do I make it stay running under water
Can't help you, a 300 uses a totally different motor than a 500. Air intake going to the carb needs to be plumbed up to the front with 2" abs plastic pipe. Every hose or fitting where air can get in needs to be sealed. Mine usually runs just fine underwater but works best if you turn up the idle screw just a bit. I've had mine running underwater for 20 minutes at a time.
run a snorkel for your air box, he has three but you have a manual so you only need one. Dielectric the spark plug boot and wire for the boot, run carb vent hose up with snorkel, wake sure you silicone the snokel and air box make sure it’s sealed well
Im surprised it started because there was a lot of water in the snorkel.
Colton Cruz It was doing a water wheelie when it cut out and went under. What you didn’t see on the video is me floating it to the bank and draining out the air box and carb to get it going again. Not quite hydrolocked but close.
What cc?
500
lol the lab
Need a boat
Invest in a boat.
invest in a life
Or at least an Argo. If I lived somewhere where it floods this badly after one day of rain, a 6-wheeler would definitely be my ATV of choice!
should of kept those snorkels up higher
It went under because the motor stalled
oh ya ahh thats pretty shitty
