I remember doing a Seminar with Choi Jung Hwa when the General was still alive, he had us do Sagia Maki, and Sagia Jurigi by the left and right for over an hour. He made us explode into the movement using a lot of hip, as shown in this video. We all could barely walk the next day as our abdominals were extremely sore. Hip, in conjunction with the Sine Wave. Hip, hip and more hip, and then the Sine Wave.

Why not attend a dojang. Lots of the vids is great for beginners but when you go to the dojang you can learn alot more.

@@mikeymike473 Sometimes videos like these can help to reinforce what your Instructor / Master is teaching. Having a video reference is sometimes easier to follow than reading it in the Encyclopedia. I don't think videos like this are meant to replace in Dojang instruction, but to supplement and re-enforce it.

Me parece que tendría que haber entendido mejor a su padre, en algunos momiento se olvidó del movimiento ondulante, se mueve cómo de un kárate se tratará, en Taekwon-do no tambien lo vi levantando los talones en posición de jinete éso está mal el general Choy dejó un legado escrito en 15 enciclopedias creo que a su hijo le faltó entender la teoría de poder.👍👍👊👊👊

Como perfeccionista que parece ser me imagino usted es perfecto. De igual manera le puedo mencionar muchos errores que hizo el Gen Choi también pues claro es humano. Aparte, un maestro no es el que ejecute mejor que nadie es el que sepa enseñar y tenga el conocimiento. GM Choi Jung Hwa tiene problemas de espalda y de salud por lo que se le dificulta a veces demostra sine wave entre otras cosas. Que tire la primera piedra el que este libre de errores.

Actually Choi Jung Hwa understood the theory of power very very well. If you've ever seen him, front kick 5 boards or doing patterns in an expensive Business Suit, and explode the triple stitches at the seems. I think he knew power. He also helped his Father write certain parts in the Encyclopedia on Taekwon Do. He also Accompanied, Demonstrating and Translated at many many Seminars, with General Choi. I understand some people may not like Choi Jung Hwa, for a variety of reasons, but he is an exceptional Taekwon Do practitioner, who was trained by the best. The General made sure to that.
